Two hour wait. My appointment didn’t mean a thing.

Ended up going to the ER.  I needed a CT scan for my head.  The nurse practitioner was very thorough with the exam and recommendation.  This facility is highly recommended.

Overall was awful took my husband in for major back pain he didnt want to go to hospital because its always hours there so he figure an urgent care could bad idea the pa doesnt know what shes doing she says he should be er we explain why and she went to check what she can do come back dosage only has 30 he needs 60 than refuses to do treatment horrible place

So easy to use the Solv app to schedule an appointment. The staff is so friendly, nice and helpful. The wait time was a little long however I came in at the end of the day. Saw a NP. Who was wonderful. Very kind and helpful in figuring out my next steps for a rash on my leg. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Called to schedule an appt for my husband and was able to have an appt within 25 minutes. Was greeted as soon as we arrived, had a short wait then  was taken in for reason for visit and vitals . She was excellent with a good sense of humor. Saw PA Jennifer who was very thorough and took time to explain everything to my husband. We have been there 3 or 4 times when we couldn't get an appt with our PCP and they have been excellent. We would highly recommend Next Gen Urgent Care.

Staff was excellent. Doctor explained everything thoroughly. Nurse was so sweet to move me to a warmer room with a blanket without asking

I’ve been here multiple times and have had usually a 5 star experience. This time, the front desk attendant either seems new or doesn’t care about her job, and it had the only bad wait time. From check-in, there was a woman with a child standing next to the desk but not quite in front and there was no clarification from the clerk if they were still being helped which forced me to find out knowing they were just standing there listening to my private information instead of being directed by the staff to go to the lobby. Then the clerk asked for my paperwork which I had to correct her that I don’t need any and with a quick glance was confirmed. In the past, there was well preparation. I waited over an hour for my scheduled visit, and no exaggeration had less than 5 minutes with the physician for a simple follow-up. At check out, the clerk stared blankly at me and I stood there until she asked if I needed a follow-up, which again in the past had already been known by the staff, so lack of preparation. In that same note, she asked the date on my form instead of already knowing. Maybe she’s new? When she asked what time worked, I said whatever works for me, and she stared at me blankly until I repeated myself. Her attitude overall was not in line with bedside manners. The nurse is always friendly and so are the physicians, and rest of the front desk staff.

Nextcare needs to call me or sen paperwork for me to tell them how terrible the visit was. The staff wasn’t capable to successfully do an EKG, the Dr was condescending, insistent that he wasn’t going to test me even tho my blood pressure was 260/96. He wouldn’t listen to me, acted like I. Was nuts and tried to scare me into go to the hospital  of his choice. There’s more, please contact me to hear the rest of the story.  I would never recommend anybody going to this PA he told me several untruths and I could not ever trust him to provide care of any type  I didn’t get a correct BP reading, she couldn’t get the cuff to stay on.  The woman doing the EKG couldn’t get on and got upset and pulled every thing off and said the firemen could do it.  After being terrified to go to the hospital because the PA said I could have a brain bleed, I went to the hospital and the said it wasn’t an emergency after waiting for over 4 hrs and we went home and I saw my primary. I untold the PA I was there for a really bad sinus infection, which he wanted to fight about. I did have a really bad sinus infection which she treated me WTH the antibiotics I asked the PA said no.  Please contact me if you really care to know the rest of my visit
