I had no problem getting an appointment on a Sunday and staff was great getting me in quickly.  I got the care I needed!

Have muffled hearing in my right ear so sought treatment . The front desk girl was very nice and Joey the PA was pleasant and thorough in his treatment with a warm smile as well!

Visiting Surprise from out of town and woke up with an issue that needed medical attention right away. Once we came in the scheduled us for an appointment for 2 hours later. We appreciated not just sitting in office and waiting for 2 hours. Everyone was super nice. Tony was our physician and he explained things very thoroughly and had us on our way in a short time with confidence that we were taken care of.  We would definitely return when in town again.

The staff and the Physician were amazing. That was the best treatment I have received from any type of urgent care or Dr. office I have visited before. Thank you!

Everyone was great besides your NP questioning how I received my injury and was judging me for my actions. Your nurse had documented the wrong location of the injury so that was another issue as well.   Your staff needs to be there to provide care without judgement and file accurate documentation for medical records.

This was s follow up, so I was waiting to give the previous medication ample time. In the morning it seemed I was doing so much better and turned a corner. Then my temp started to go up, and I'd had enough. It was 3:45 pm, I went online and scheduled an appointment for 4:15. No wait. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Good information for ongoing management.

Didn’t feel very well this morning and been fighting a bug for a while and was very easy to make an online appointment with NextCare.  Staff was very friendly and professional, and the clinical team was very helpful and glad I went to see the NextCare team today!

Making a patient wait for 45 minutes for a 15 minute Covid & flu test is ridiculous. We all have clocks on our phones to know what time the test was taken at and when the results were to be due. I got fed a line of BS after a 45 minute wait for test results. Just be honest & transparent-you didn’t start the test immediately after swabbing my nose-just tell the patient that!
