The staff at the Surprise location were great with both me and my mom. We both needed urgent care, my mom for foot pain and me for bronchitis symptoms. The staff was nice, the wait wasn't bad, and they solved both my mom and my health issues. If I can't get into my doctor again, I'll definitely come to Next Care.

I chose to make an appointment here for the second time because the first was really great; this time was just as great.  All the staff smiles, is caring, listens, looks you in the eye and takes time to assess and address the problem!  The male NP made me feel comfortable in spite of me having a bladder infection; it was all taken care of and I’ll go back if ever needed as this is the best Urgent Care I’ve been to!  And definitely I’d recommend this NP!

Nurse Practitioner Anthony was amazing. I have never learned as much about my health as I learned in my time with Anthony. He was very thorough and explained the details of my situation. He also informed me of what prescriptions to avoid given my high blood pressure. Most importantly Anthony made me feel as if though I was his primary focus and priority during the short time we were together in the examining room. I walked away very confident in his knowledge and expertise. Most importantly I walked way more knowledgeable about my immediate medical condition that brought me to Nextcare yesterday. I will be looking to come to this location whenever I need medical attention because of Anthony!!

I had no problem getting an appointment on a Sunday and staff was great getting me in quickly.  I got the care I needed!

Have muffled hearing in my right ear so sought treatment . The front desk girl was very nice and Joey the PA was pleasant and thorough in his treatment with a warm smile as well!

Visiting Surprise from out of town and woke up with an issue that needed medical attention right away. Once we came in the scheduled us for an appointment for 2 hours later. We appreciated not just sitting in office and waiting for 2 hours. Everyone was super nice. Tony was our physician and he explained things very thoroughly and had us on our way in a short time with confidence that we were taken care of.  We would definitely return when in town again.

The staff and the Physician were amazing. That was the best treatment I have received from any type of urgent care or Dr. office I have visited before. Thank you!

Everyone was great besides your NP questioning how I received my injury and was judging me for my actions. Your nurse had documented the wrong location of the injury so that was another issue as well.   Your staff needs to be there to provide care without judgement and file accurate documentation for medical records.
