everything the service the providers and everyone at this location are amazing 100% recommended

I stayed there for 1 hour with a BOOKED appointment for a consultation that took 5 minutes. So 55 minutes of… waiting.

Set the waiting room for 35 minutes with no one else in the waiting room then finally got called back to the doctors office to wait another half hour for the doctors to spend less than two minutes with me. I would not recommend going back here again due to wait time and overall time with a doctor

Had a video doctor appt. Was told to go for a chest xray to check for pneumonia. I was contacted and an appt was set up at nexcare in Tempe,AZ. I get there and let them know I had an appointment while I was waiting.I heard them tell someone else that their x ray technician wasn't there. I finally get in for my visit almost 2 hours later. And the Doctor comes in and says what are I'm here for a chess sex ray, but apparently your X-ray technician isn't here today. She then proceeded to tell me how she thinks that my symptoms I'm having are symptoms of taking paxSlovan for COVID. She never checked my ears (which felt clogged) and never checked my nose (for sinus infection) both of which I mentioned to the doctor. Then she said she would prescribe a cough suppressant for me and send it to CVS of which she never did. Not a very good first experience.

Scheduling was good I did it the day prior. Staff was nice! I had my appointment there at 8:30 and checked in. I didn’t get pulled back till after 9:30 :(.

the wait was pretty long (about an hour and a half) but it was busy . however the staff was very nice and efficient ! second time i have visited this office and i do recommend coming here

Was grateful I could make an appt on a Sunday (a few days after xmas). I waited two hours before my name was called and then another 45 minutes after my vitals were checked waiting for the physician. My wait time was longer than some walk-ins who seemed non-urgent. I had a throat infection and was in an immense amount of pain and had trouble talking and swallowing.  I understand the physician was in a rush, but she only spent about 30 seconds with me (did she spend 30+ mins w everyone before me??) She prescribed prednisone and didn't tell me I couldn't start taking it that same day, but the pharmacist did. I should've just waited one more day to go to my regular doctor for a more thorough evaluation and treatment plan.  Also worth noting is all the staff members and doc were masked, but only about half of us in the waiting room were wearing masks. There is a Norovirus, flu, and Covid surge happening right now, so I wish masks were required. A boomer couple was wearing their masks under their nose for about an hour before they took them off. Selfish.

Staff was wonderful, patient and kind!  Thank you all for your care!  The Doctor listened to me and helped me get tx I needed.
