Super easy to understand payment options for healthcare services and very clean and professional office and staff. Definitely schedule an appointment though as walk-in times may have you in the lobby for a minute.

I was not told until after my appointment that this doctor did not take BlueCross. Now I have a bigger bill & on top of that the only care I received was being told to get my 10 month of kids Benadryl for an allergic reaction he has had BUT thank goodness for a smart pharmacist they said my son is too young to take it. So I received no help and false help. I would not recommend this place

Scheduled online but didn’t get “priority” and yes I understand triage however when the other people are averagely sick as well 🤷🏻‍♀️ the provider was amazing. The staff ok.

I had one ear blocked w/ wax, that I couldn’t get out on my own. I just did a walk in, fairly early on a Saturday, got lucky because it wasn’t busy. I have frequented the Next Care on Baseline previously and will continue to do so, as well as recommend for all urgent care situations

I was a walk in. The wait was about and hour and fifteen minutes which was to be expected. However, they had a real-time waitlist so you could see where you were in line. Lana was my doctor and she is great! Listened to my medical history and diagnosed me accordingly. She issued the proper medical attention so my illness would immediately be resolved ilo giving a lower dosage so I would most likely have to come back. The staff was friendly and the office is new and clean. This is the only Urgent Care I will be coming back to!

Walking in without an appointment is grounds for punishment for the visitor. With just one NP on staff, it's offensive to the recipient of care. At the end of the day, I'm saving money compared to the ER. But this location is way too big to not have more NPs. Why not just rent a booth at a Walmart? If you have more administrative assistants than NPs, let's fix that. They check you in & then you wait. Love the care, 100 percent hate the wait. Especially when you could get more NPs. As a patient, I shouldn't have to be concerned about the overhead of having another NP on site, but the value of same day quality care shouldn't come at the cost of maintaining upkeep if that's the issue. Overall, it's like a long wait at an amusement park: worth the wait when there's nothing to compare it to. Thanks for listening.

I had back pain which it make it hard for me to walk, they check me out and took a sample of my urine, then gave me a shot for my pain, went home and by 2hours later, started to feel better. Next day was even better I could walk.

I loved my medical provider! She knew exactly what was going on and how to solve it. She went above and beyond by telling me some products to buy that would help my allergies. I’m feeling better already. I so appreciated everything she helped me with! The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly.
