Very helpful, courteous, and attended to my needs quickly!

The head nurse on staff needs some serious bedside manner training. She was very stressful to be around and after 3 minutes of talking to her I didn’t want to be in there anymore. It made communication very difficult for me as I have a stutter and she didn’t offer any alternatives or help without talking down to me first. Honestly won’t be coming back because of how uncomfortable she made me.  Everyone else was very nice and kind tho. They all had good communication skills.

Booked appointment.  Had to wait a little bit longer because young guy cut his finger off. Understandable. When I got to see the doctor she listened to everything and was helpful, efficient and kind. Good experience even though I felt awful.

Booked my appointment same day. Wait time was a little past the appt time but nothing unreasonable. Had masks available for those with cold symptoms. Immediately got tests done for strep & left with a prescription for antibiotics. Quick & easy with kind staff.

Provider did not seem to care too much about my pain, the main reason I was there. Was not drug seeking, I was in REAL pain. I was there on time & when I checked in, the receptionist said the provider was not there yet & it would be just a couple of minutes, which was not a problem since I was the first one there. Staff was friendly, however, when you’re in pain, that was not my first concern. Will probably choose another facility next time.

Check in process was easy and efficient. I liked the digital wait time. The darker colored hair girl at the front did a lot of mumbling under her breath after speaking with patients. Waiting rooms tend to echo, I don’t believe she knew we could hear her comments. For that I will not be back and would not recommend this place to a friend. As far as the provider I seen, she was rushed but friendly.

I had a concern that I was able to speak with a physician about virtually within 20 minutes. I was referred to an in person location that accommodates my work schedule and was seen within 10 minutes. I’m more than impressed thank you.

I was scheduled in advance and still had a hour and a half wait to be seen so that really is frustrating, although I understand appointments can be unpredictable. That aside, the staff were all friendly, easy to communicate with and provided phenomenal care. My triage MA was wonderful, and compassionate, and the x-ray technician absolutely helped me to be comfortable, and was super efficient. My treating provider took time to listen and gave great advice, and honestly, to have a provider take the needed time to help a patient is worth a long wait to be seen, it means we are actually getting care and not care dictates by a schedule or insurance coverage rules. Thank you for the help!

My provider was kind, empathetic and extremely intelligent. She figured out the complex issue quickly, pivoted my medications and within 24 hours I’m feeling better after a week of feeling terrible. I only wish she wasn’t the only provider on duty as the wait times were pretty bad and I have to imagine that was stressful for her as well.

Waited 2 1/2 to three hours. Watched 3 people who came in after me get seen  they didn’t have appointments. I also specified that I don’t do liquids. They prescribed liquid. Now I’m paying $28 out of pocket for a prescription I don’t want
