My appointment was at 1010 and I was not seen until at least 1035. Surprisingly it also was not the provider I had originally picked. I was given advice about how I should see an ENT for my recurring sinus infections- which yes I will be when my ENT has availability. This sinus infection has been going on for 3 weeks, this visit was the last stop after everything else I have tried. The problem at hand should have been addressed, not advice about future appointments. The entire time I was talking I only heard my own voice feedback and provider did not turn her camera on. It honestly would have been easier to go in person.
