This was my first time doing a virtual visit.  The doctor was awesome.  He listened effectively to my symptoms and concerns, and asked the appropriate questions.  I felt like he cared and not rushed.  I would recommend this provider.

This is my second time doing a telehealth call for my illness and again, the Nurse Practitioner was excellent.

Had been suffering with sinus pain for 2-3 weeks.  I scheduled a virtual appointment and met with Dr Miller at the appointed time. She was knowledge, caring and asked all the right questions.  It was so great to talk with an experienced professional online, allowing me to avoid a trip to the clinic.  I was on antibiotics within 2 hours and immediately started to improve after 2 doses.   Great service!

I was denied care from a provider based out Phoenix, Arizona. " He said he could not see the back of my throat because my phone camera and lighting was not of good quality. " 😔

Doctor did not send prescription as he said he had. Horrible time trying to get it resent.  Issue may be with technology, not the doctor.  I have no way of knowing but it is up to NextCare to make sure their systems work properly, sending the prescription, the first time.  Please send this review to your technology department.

Very easy and fast this was so much better than sitting for hours in a waiting room!
