PAYMENT Many insurances cover a virtual health visit. You will have an opportunity to add your insurance information. Without insurance, the virtual visit cash price is $125. We accept most major insurances and many cover virtual health visits. Self-pay visits are available for a fee of $125. Members of our Advantage program qualify for virtual visits for $39. The doctor is refusing to prescribe me antibiotics when I know how my ear infections feel when I have an ear infection it is the same ear infection that I keep getting over and over and over again & she's trying to tell me that I may have a busted eardrum 😂🤣 I busted eardrum from what??? I doubt it's a busted eardrum considering how my neighbor had her loud rock and roll music on in her car earlier when I was with her and it did not hurt my ear!! If I had a busted eardrum, it would have hurt my ear and now she's saying that I might have some kind of foreign object in my ear which I don't because I haven't even gone anywhere to have a foreign object in my ear and I don't stick things in my ears either. I am not an idiot. Also I am very susceptible not only to ear infections but to sinus infections as well and I told her this but she didn't care. I know my body! she DOESN'T and no I do NOT recommend this provider!! At all!! Also, the doctor telling me that I'm okay to drive to the clinic after I told her I'm feeling dizzy, her telling me that, should get her medical license REVOKED because she was trying to put me in a situation that could have caused me to have a car accident and I could have been killed!! She is not the one to judge if I'm too dizzy or not to drive how dare she I should sue her for that alone!! And if this ear infection (that I know that I have) if it spreads to my brain, you all are going to get sued!! NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PROVI!! P.S. Oh and your excuse for not giving me antibiotics FYI... I HAVEN'T HAD ANY ANTIBIOTICS FOR OVER A YEAR !!!!!!

Part of connecting the call was my fault didn’t have safari access to microphone and some paperwork via online was glitchy - but all was resolved by helpful staff on 800#.  PA was very helpful and informative and discussed issues to watch out for. Overall great experience

The wait was over 20 minutes even with a scheduled appointment time. The provider was really brief, not very kind or empathetic. The provider lacked good bedside manners.
