Overall it was a pretty average experience. Clean facility, and staff doing their job. However, it was quite frustrating that they knew we were coming just for a nasal swab after meeting online with a provider and we still had to wait 30-45 minutes for a swab that took less than a minute. This is not an exaggeration. And the virtual provider made it seem like we would be in and out - said they knew we were coming. I understand others were physically there first, but it seemed unreasonable given his condition compared to the rest of the wait room. And logistically things kept getting messed up afterwards which just added to the strain of taking care of someone sick when we have small children. This has not been our experience elsewhere.

This was a follow up video call. Never done it before, but it was very easy to do. The doctor was very kind and understanding. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable in anyway and worked with me to find a solution to my illness

I’ve used Nextcare Urgent care telehealth before and this time was as good as my first experience. I had symptoms evening before and schedule an appointment at a convenient time for me the next day. The care was excellent and the entire process went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

I have severe back pain and couldn't get out of the car to be seen in person. I went back home and logged in to a televisit. It went great and the doctor was very helpful and thorough. Was great for my situation.
