PAYMENT Many insurances cover a virtual health visit. You will have an opportunity to add your insurance information. Without insurance, the virtual visit cash price is $125. We accept most major insurances and many cover virtual health visits. Self-pay visits are available for a fee of $125. Members of our Advantage program qualify for virtual visits for $39. Absolutely a horrible experience. Less then 2 minutes of time total, they gave no advice, no medicine, no help and little to no care regarding me being sick. I will not be using this service again in the future and will likely dispute with my insurance company. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Found her to be rude and unhelpful. 'Direct' in speaking but unfortunately not 'correct'. Anyone on the planet can just tell you to take a hot bath. Would never recommend. When someone is running a fever, they really don't need to be spoken to crudely. A sick person needs solutions - not to be automatically dismissed. As a result, scheduled another telehealth appointment with a different institution and was given the help I needed.

Was unaware that the video call would be sent in text - text notifications were turned off so missed the call entirely. It is frustrating to expect a call and get a text instead - there was clearly not enough explanation about what to expect to make this a successful connection.

Scheduled an appointment around noon today. Had to reschedule a few times due to work issues. Many appointments were available. Staff were very helpful and friendly despite having audio issues on my end. Definitely would recommend.

This was one of the BEST visits I’ve ever had. The PA who answered the call was amazing, understanding, and showed how much she truly cares for the job. It was quick and easy to get things done and gave us hope for my child to get better quickly. I’d recommend anyone use them for medical care!

I could not go into urgent care due to no ride and no money for Uber that’s why I booked a video appointment. I already knew what was wrong with me  s previous infection didn’t clear up . They refused to treat me and told me to call an ambulance for a ride . What’s the point for virtual.
