Front office lady forgot to check me in! I waited an hour and when I went upfront to ask how much longer she liked and said they were really busy in the back and that I was next, and the I got a text I was just checked in. I Heard all there life story

I called to schedule an appointment and was placed on hold for over 20 mins. I continued on hold until I arrived at the clinic. At that point, I hung up. When I walked in the clinic, neither of the front desk people were busy helping anyone else or on the phone or even on their computers. They were talking to each other.

Scheduling and checking in was simple. The staff was excellent. The care was great and she explained to me everything in detail. I would recommend my provider anytime

I waited for an hour to be seen despite there being no one there. When I was finally seen all I was told was there was nothing wrong despite having horrible cramps with blood loss. I was given a heating pack and told to go. I then had another bad stomach cramp walking out. The provider did not seem concern about what was happening nor did she seem concerned

Very kind assistant and thoughtful Made us welcomed. Nurse practitioner was excellent and helpful. Recommend her with a 5 rating. Easy Scheduling ! Definitely Recommend this Clinic

Easy booking, quick appointment, staff was friendly and attentive.

Didn't feel 100% when I woke up, was experiencing chills, so I knew I had to make an appointment with Nextcare. I immediately made an appointment and went in. It is convenient to complete the paperwork prior to an appointment because it speeds the process of being seen. In less than a minute I had vitals complete, put in a room and was diagnosed. I was out the door heading to the pharmacy in less than an hour. The entire staff and practitioner were very attentive and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs none emergency care!

Sat in the room waiting to be seen for 1hr and 10 minutes. No one popped in to see how I was doing or to give me an update on time, however I did hear staff in the hallway cracking jokes and laughing. When the doctor came in I felt rushed and she really didnt bother to manipulate my foot which was the reason for the visit. I'm a vet tech and if we are behind with the dvm we at least pop in and apologize for the wait and give updates. Human med needs to do better! Total I spent almost 3 hrs at this facility.
