Was going in for a follow up on a workman's comp injury, but the 3pm visit didn't show up on my NextCare app. so I just scheduled one for later that day, so apparently there is a issue with solv and NextCare apps communicating with each other.

Care was good Jordan was very nice and Efficient, but The receptionist was so sick she couldn’t talk. She kept coughing and sneezing snorting., I felt that was really bad in the medical facility. Made me wanna wait outside.

You should have never scheduled me if you didnt receive any paperwork from Northwest Hospital. Will be talking to your manager on next visit.

appointment was a 3pm, called back at 3:30. 10 minutes for vitals and questions. Finally saw provider at 3:50. She was very good and took her time to understand the problem.

Second visit in the last week and a half for the same persistent problem. Walked out withy breathing much improved along with rx for cough medicine, nebulizer meds, and a Rx for short term steroids and a nebulizer. Also got a steroid shot as well as a breathing treatment, truly a relief. The staff is great and compassionate and friendly. Highly recommend them.

We had an appointment for a physical and we did not get seen for almost a hour after. The staff was friendly.

Brought my father in for because he fell & all the skin on his palm was gone. I had already planned to take him to the ER @ TMC for a head CT to be safe but before doing that I brought him here to have his hand looked at & bandaged. Paid copay for them to do nothing. Apparently since I told them I was taking him for head CT they decided to not even look at his skin wounds on palm or elbow. No lidocaine or clean bandage. Just had us wait for a total of an hour to tell us. I've brought my children here for the last 25 years but this time I wasn't at all satisfied. They were super slow yet not organized at front desk at all. At the very least the attending Dr should have saline cleaned out the hand wound. Applied lidocaine & polysporin or bacitracin for the time being. Nothing was done, left an old man bloody & in pain. Took his copay for nothing. I'm disappointed with this visit for sure. I told my dad how great this place was only to look like an idiot when they did absolutely nothing.

As a senior system with health issues, when I came down with Covid I booked an appointment with your facility and I asked about Paxlovid, the dr described the pros and cons of it and left the decision up to me. I asked for the Paxlovid Prescription . Evan after I said yes to it, the Dr repeated the cons of it as if to get me to change my mind.  Patients should always respect the doctors, bu doctors also need to respect a patients decision.

The Dr said she was going to prescribe something for me I told her I’m not big on taking things but ok and I would try to get in with my regular doctor asap. Waited for the pharmacy to call but no call thought maybe in the paper work I was given a paper prescription to turn in at the pharmacy so I looked back at my paperwork nothing. So I feel it was a wasted trip. I guess in the communication she thought I didn’t want the prescription maybe. So took some off the shelf product I had at home and I managed. Disappointing it’s a 30 mile round trip drive.
