I made an appointment for my brother and he needed to leave before he got his papers because he was sick. Receptionist named Kaidence said he could give verbal consent via phone so we could get his papers. Brother called and gave consent then the same receptionist said that he needed to come back or give verbal consent, repeating this over and over and over. Then she told us to call him and I did, but she kept repeating herself until I yelled at her because she was drowning my voice out with her constant utterances about calling my brother and getting his verbal consent. All of this because we interrupted her phone time. She was on the phone the entire time we were there, only looking angrily up when we asked her questions about paperwork and such. Never been so disregarded and disrespected in my entire life. I will not return and now my siblings are fearful of all staff that work in medical facilities.

I brought my 17 year old daughter with a bad eye infection in a few days ago. The doctors were great, the MA who took us back was excellent, however.. the front desk staff is horrible! Bad attitudes, nasty looks, whispering about us while we could clearly hear everything they said. They thought it was appropriate to tell me the reason the walk ins all got called back (even after being told over an hour wait time and waited only 10 minutes) before our scheduled appointment, was because they were “worse off” then my daughter. Having never seen what she was there for. Overall just terrible customer service and snotty attitudes from the moment we walked in.

Staff was professional and friendly check in process was very convenient would definitely recommend

Hi,I’ve had a sore throat for 5 Days now. Gargleing warm water with salt often,doesn’t cure it.Throat lozenges don’t help either. No Cough,Seems to be from my allergies sinuses are draining down my throat,irritateing it.I now noticed after being tested for Strep.Results are negative! I’m on my allergy medicine.Dr.Suggested putting saline water in my nose.I plan to do that daily.Bye.

Both my daughter and myself were seen the provider was extremely rude. She insinuated that I was drug seeking when I never once asked for pain medication. She did absolutely nothing for me and I left my appointment.

Really did not get a diagnosis of the problem. No x-rays taken to digging deeper to give me a cause of what the pain was just told me to go with my primary or ER after I paid a fee just not good service

Scheduling was fairly easy and so was checkin. The staff were awesome and very caring. The only problem I found was that I even though I scheduled online I spent about an hour and a half after my appointment time to get into a room and then another 30 or so. I would recommend this provider just no need to schedule ahead.

Always a 5-Star experience.  Scheduling was a snap online; staff was friendly and courteous; my son and I both came down with Covid for the first time. The Dr outlined our plan of action to get us through it as comfortably as possible.

Very friendly staff. Easy online check in. Wait was a bit long considering I had an appointment.
