The provider such a poor attitude. She seemed annoyed since the moment she opened the door and gave a big audible sigh before she even said hello. The entire visit I felt like I was annoying her when I would ask for clarification on what she was telling me. I told her I had concerns about serotonin syndrome and she didn’t address it and told me a long list of medications I could take while disregarding my concerns about the serotonin syndrome. I repeated the medications back to her and asked her how she would like me to take them and she laughed at me and told me I was listing a lot of medication. I told her I was literally repeating what she had just said and she seemed to even more annoyed. I finally told her that I was there to get medical advice and if she could just please tell me what she would be prescribing. She ended up prescribing me a lot of things and I was so confused about what I should take and how. I will not be returning to nextcare.

Went in with back pain. My BP was very high, ended up having a panic attack. The Dr. called 911 because of the BP and was sent to St. Mary's ER. I appreciated the care that I was given at NextCare.

My experience was great and and everyone was amazing

It was very easy to schedule. The staff was very friendly and nice. My appointment was at 12:15 and I didn’t get out of there until 2:30. I was given a boot, but was not given instructions on how often to wear, when to use it, when to take it off. The instructions on how to put it on were given very hastily. I have never used a boot so I’m not familiar with it.

Front desk staff quick and professional plus friendly got in and out considering I was a bit late was in and out in no time both nurse and dr were great

Staff helped me finish registering on line. Great help. PA and other staff were gentle with my 87 yr mom. That is why I go there.

Very good and fast got a appointment with in 10 and was in and out with 45 minutes very good

NP Johnine B has horrible bed side manner and her demeanor towards me was deplorable. I was denied treatment and/or adequate care. She said that the office would treat what they could, i.e x-rays, then she sent the office manager in to tell there was nothing they could do. I requested a refund and it being detailed that they were refused service for what she mentioned they could do, the office manager said no and that he’d email his boss. This feels like a scam receive pay from my insurance and myself directly.

I’ve been sick for the last two days decided to go to urgent care. The weight wasn’t very long, everyone was really nice, the service was definitely good. All went very well. Thank you.
