I can't thank the team at Here's a review you might consider: --- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't thank the team at NextCare urgent care Tucson enough for their exceptional service during a stressful time. My mom came in with a severe cough that had us worried, but from the moment we arrived, they treated her with kindness and urgency. The staff was incredibly attentive and quickly assessed her situation, providing a thorough examination and immediate treatment. They explained everything so we understood what was happening and what needed to be done.  The facility was clean, comfortable, and organized, which made the experience much less stressful. Thanks to their prompt care, my mom is already feeling better, and we are grateful for their dedication and professionalism.

Scheduling is easy. Yet, office staff and medical staff are not welcoming at all. Bedside manners are horrible for medical staff in particular the FPN .!

I liked everything about the service I just received especially the intelligence I heard about the staff. Yes I would recommend this provider.

The doctor was cruel. Also she would NOT give me a work note even though my foot is fuckn broken. She was not a good doctor.

I. Was pleased and satisfied with next care. I was able to get a fast appointment. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The staff were very kind, generous, and supportive towards my needs. And if I ever fall ill again. I definitely will go back to get help. Keep up the good work.

After falling, I was able to make an appointment for an exam and X-ray. Staff was very caring, answering questions and spent time listening g to my concerns. After letting me know preliminary results indicated no fracture, put my wrist in a split, discharged me home with a pain prescription for pain if needed, and then called me at home to let me know the radiologist confirmed I did not gave a fracture. Very pleased with the clinic which was clean. Would recommend to anyone needing immediate care.

Support staff was helpful and friendly. Wait time to be seen was short.

Absolutely terrible. Sent me to the hospital for nothing.

Arrived without appointment. The nature of my problems required x-rays, so I was directed to another facility. My ONE NEGATIVE is that the receptionist was remarkably UNPREPARED and UNHELPFUL! She had no directions ready to handout. She was vague and generally detached. Very UNLIKE the service I received at the x-ray facility. She should be briefed and ready to re-direct folks like me.
