I went to Nextcare urgent care because I had a sinus infection. I was diagnosed and given a script, that was told that it had been called in.  IT HAD NOT. And was not listed on my discharge papers. I HAD TO GO BACK the next day to find out why!   I had to wait 45 minutes before it was called. Incompetent!  Incompetent!  I will never go back or recommend.

I was done! I was tired of coughing shortness of breath and brain fog, I couldn't remember the name of the place I was going! I just knew where it was and I knew if I had to wait it was understandable. There was no one in the waiting, filled out the paperwork, vitals, room, nurse practitioner stated I had bronchitis. I had to have a nebulizer treatment. Sent for three prescriptions and I was out! Thank you ladies for all your help.

I have been sick almost a week with coughing and fever, my chest uptight couldn't breath. I was told by the doctor that she was very concerned about the way my chest sounded like bronchitis or pneumonia she put on antibiotics and if I didn't get better to go to the hospital. Yes I will definitely recommend this provider

I didn't have sn appointment but they saw me anyways, I had been feeling real sick and the staff took real good care of me. They were very courteous and friendly and they listen to my all my needs. Thank you so much for taking care of me

I actually scheduled online and added another child next day got confirmation on both and submitted Paperwork but yet none of appointments took waited long for walking when I prepared online

I was a walk in, but the weight wasn’t too bad. All things considered. The physicianwas knowledgeable, smart quick and sympathetic. I highly recommend them.

I tried to schedule this appointment on Sunday, but the screen just kept loading once I hit submit and never finished the appointment. I tried a few times on Monday and was finally able to get in. I didn’t need the appointment because I still waited an hour to be seen. I spent maybe 5 minutes maximum with the nurse and then the NP. They were nice and helped me, but feeling the way I did and then sitting in a cold building for an hour and fifteen minutes for a five minute appointment was very frustrating. I knew it was a sinus infection and just wanted antibiotics to fight it off. Which I got, but it was very exhausting.

Still feeling somewhat ill. The nausea pills seem to work at first. But then in the evening didn’t work as well seem to have no more diarrhea today, which I hope that it stays that way thank you so much for the care that was given to me
