I scheduled an appointment for 10:20am and wasn’t seen by a practitioner until 11:40am. I wasn’t a walk in and was treated as such. The office staff was unbothered by having to make people wait an hour plus.

Visited for the first time and had a great experience. Wait time was minimal quick friendly greetings from front desk the ease of getting checked in. Very thorough and detailed informative instructions from health staff.

I’d had the same respiratory issue for a week and it had gone both into my sinuses and lungs. The male at the desk was condescending because I couldn’t see well enough to fill forms on my phone. He stated, “yeah a lot of people get sick.” I missed a phone number on a form which he could’ve filled out, but called me up again. As I stumbled up there he said “What’s wrong?” to which I said “I’m sick.” He declared I was combative and told me to leave. After I groveled, I was taken back. The “Dr” apparently felt it necessary to check my lungs by squishing his stethoscope against my nipple. I was then told it was just my throat, prescribed a mild antibiotic and sent on my way. I’m still sick and trying to figure out where to go for actual medical care. Would NOT recommend

I have to take drug screens periodically for the board of nursing. I get told through an app if I need to go. Yesterday I went to my normal location (pima) and they didn’t have anyone certified to do the test. I went to the swan location. I was told by the pima office that all locations have the medtox form as I am still waiting for mine to be delivered to me. I get there and wait 30+ mins (needing to pee this whole time) to be called back and told they don’t have the forms. I had one form left in case I get called to do a blood test because I wasn’t sure if labcorp had the forms. They second guessed everything I told them about having to do the tests and it took a long time to get everything done.  Then I got chosen again to test today and called the pima location to make sure there was a person there that could do it. I was told by the receptionist that her manager said they “absolutely could not” do my test unless I brought my own form.  I was at work and scrambled to get one from another person in my program and came in to test. They brought me a new form to fill out because the borrowed form had a different address on it. What a waste of my time! They could have just let me use one of theirs. Now with getting the other form and waiting to test it’s going on an hour for my 30 min lunch. Idk if this is an education issue or a personal issue but it probably should be addressed. I’ve used the facility forms twice in the year and a half I’ve been in this program. I saw a big stack of medtox forms in the back when I went to test. I have another 18 months left of this program and I’m thinking I should just use a different company altogether.

I cut my wrist while washing dishes -plate slipped and broke. Came in as a walk-in. Check in staff seemed annoyed and wasn't very friendly/welcoming. Check in lady said every room was taken and they were a hour behind and that it would be a long wait. I obviously didn't believe her because there was nobody there besides one other person in the lobby and in less than 5 minutes I was called back. While walking back one other patient was leaving. I honestly don't believe anybody else was there besides us three. Nurse/assistant also wasn't very friendly/welcoming and seemed annoyed as well. The doctor on the other hand was amazing! Very friendly and walked me through the process, making it easy for me to get through with his friendly demeanor! Very amazing doctor! Had staff been nice it would've been a 5 star experience! Doctor is still 5 star regardless!

Well I was very upset I had a 12:30 appointment I wasn’t seen until 1:20 ….there was one patient taken as I walked in. The place was empty. The tech took my blood pressure asking the reading she announced it is 96/55 .. I said THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE.. insisted she do it again 3 minutes later. It was 138/84 elevated because I was upset over the first WRONG reading . One good thing …  The doctor Dan was excellent & very kind. The staff not so much!  After an XRAY of my ankle I was told be prepared to wait maybe an hour! WHAT? Well we are busy ! I was lucky no fracture. I left at 2:30 two hours later. I have been to another Nextcare~ I need to say this facility didn’t seem very clean at all.  I noticed it right away! In the waiting room discarded used tissues on the floor ~ the exam room and XRAY room not a good feeling it made me uncomfortable. Upon leaving I said thank you goodbye to the receptionist.. no response.  The day prior I had an appointment telling them  I needed an XRAY .. appointment set. Luckily I called to confirm before leaving I was told oh the XRAY tech didn’t show up today! If I made the effort with a very painful injury showed up no XRAY tech I wouldn’t have been LIVID. No one even called me to let me know!  I will never go back to this facility . The one on Pima is very very different.
