Had a UTI, traveling from CA. They were very helpful. No wait time.

The medical assistant and nurse practitioner took very good care of my ear problem.  They explained everything step-by-step and were very kind and thorough.

Scheduling was easy, had a short wait in the lobby and about 20 min wait in the room after being processed. Overall positive experience each time I’ve been.

Follow up due to a UTI not clearing up. Staff extended my antibiotics from 3 days to 7 days. Thank You Staff for the prompt care and getting me to my healing until I can get to my primary care appt

The worst service in the world , The doctor did not check for other systoms

O2 was low, wheezing, shortness of breath, I was well taken care of by Romina, the nurse and office staff. 😁

I was experiencing some issues and wanted to make an appointment to check what was going on. Scheduling was super easy and I was able to be seen the same day. Everyone working was super kind and was able to put my mind at ease. If I ever need to go back in the future, I will be sure to do so at this location.

Went in for a suspected sinus infection and the doctor/nurse practitioner was adamant that there are very few actual sinus infections. She stated that not only did I not have a sinus infection but that it was all because of the dryness here in AZ and low humidity . She went on to tell me to stop taking my regular allergy pills and instead invest in an evaporative humidifier. She said other doctors and allergists all just over treat to satisfy the patient. I explained to her that I had been sick for over 4 weeks when I was last here at Next Care and that I was not getting better. She was adamant that she would not prescribe any antibiotics. I left very upset after paying $55 for a worthless consult! I went the very next day to another doctor who said I had an upper respiratory infection and prescribed an antibiotic. Miraculous I was totally better within 3 days on the antibiotic and no evaporative humidifier! My symptoms are totally gone and I am fully healed, all with no help from your facility. I will not be going back to your urgent care, due to your choice of  poor unprofessional providers.  I will not recommend this urgent care.
