What patients are saying...

the provider has an excellently positive attitude when she came in the room to provide care and provided the necessary medications very quickly. Though the wait time was longer than we were hoping for, we understood given that the office was very busy. We are very satisfied with the outcome and overall experience.

Although scheduling the appointment was easy, those with appointments don't have any kind of priority. Your appointment time is your check-in time so you are still in line with all of the walk-ins, no matter how many. The staff was friendly, but even though they knew there was an issue that most-likely would require an x-ray, there was no mention that x- ray wasn't available at that location on that day until an hour and a half past my appointment time, in spite of their website saying on-site x-ray available. We were sent across town for the x-ray where we had to wait again another 40 minutes. Also, during check-in with the nurse, all allergies were given to her, but were offered only those meds or class of meds for pain by the provider. I had to tell her again of my allergy as she apparently hadn't even looked at my check-in information. In the end, I found out that ONLY NSAIDS are provided or prescribed for pain with no alternatives. At the end of the five+ hours, I got home with no diagnosis or help with pain. I did receive a call back from the clinic a few hours later that x-ray couldn't determine anything, so the day was wasted.

I schedule an appointment to avoid the wait. I have visited 4 times with an appointment and each time, several walk ins were taken before my appointment time and I waited up to an hour , or over an hour after my scheduled appointment. The last time I addressed the issue with the receptionist, and it seemed like it was just par for the course. So, walk ins take precedent over a scheduled appointment? I don't understand this and it creates stress on top of not feeling well. Scheduled appointments should be a priority.
