Rash on face for a few days that was not improving. Front desk, medical assistant and medical provider were all very pleasant and professional. Medical provider was very thoughtful and thorough in her assessment and prescriptions provided. I highly recommend this provider.

I came in with a sore throat and cough. Was seen by a nurse practitioner I believe her name was Jen. A Covid and flu test was done, both were negative thank goodness. I was then told I have upper respiratory infections and was prescribed albuterol and a couple other medications, one of which my insurance didn’t cover so I didn’t get it . I was hoping for an antibiotic which works better. I’ll keep taking the others and hope to feel better soon.

J as sick as I was feeling when I went to urgent care trying to avoid the emergency room little to my knowledge nobody at the urgent care could do an EKG test or a blood test which I do not understand. Are we just too lazy? Or just don't wanna do it I could've avoided a trip to emergency now I have to pay two co-pays. I was very disappointed.

Check in went great with assistance. Staff was cordial and professional. Wait time in the exam room was over 45 minutes, so too long. PA was to the point with quick exam and diagnosis, perhaps two minutes. Prescription sent out within 5 minutes. Overall a good experience if not for the long wait time.

The staff and Doctor were excellent. There was a glitch with the paperwork after my appointment, and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. The Doctor was leaving her shift and saw me still waiting, and cleared it up for me in 30 seconds. I'm glad she saw me!

I tested positive for Covid in the morning, but I wanted to be sure since the kit I had was out of date. I did not have severe symptoms. I didn’t even have a fever however I did wanna get checked so I scheduled an appointment online for the afternoon and got in that day. I got tested for Covid and again tested positive.. I was informed that next Care does not prescribe a prescription for Covid as it appears it’s not the protocol any longer. I had no severe symptoms. And I was on my way, but at least I knew for sure I had Covid and can inform my family and plan my next steps accordingly. I would recommend next year. I am a repeat customer and I’ve been satisfied every time.

Stopped in without an appointment & the wait time was reasonable.  Front Office Staff not terribly friendly or welcoming, however, they were efficient.  Visit with PA was very short; felt a little rushed.  Overall, I got evaluated & the proper prescriptions within a 2 hour period.
