I couldn't successfully schedule online and called the Marketplace location office. It was explained that the appointment time I'd wanted was taken, so verbally, I was given one only 15 minutes later. I was able to do all paperwork online before arriving. I left with a prescription for a sinus infection and recommendations for OVC meds to alleviate the discomfort. Yes, I would recognize this clinic if you first make an appointment. Otherwise, there might be a long wait to be checked. My husband and I will continue to use this clinic as needed.

Went for an infected toe. Was scheduled for 12pm, finally was seen about 1:30. NP was insisting I had diabetes, and toe was dying because I smoke! Was sent to ER insisting that the infection was in my bones and I could lose my toe! Went to ER and received excellent treatment and dressing and antibiotics! I will never go to NextCare again!

I’ve been there twice as a walk in and I have not had to wait no longer than a half hour. The front desk gal is so efficient and pleasant.  As soon as I walk up to the desk she is on it with registering me and does not skip a bit. The Dr. Michael is very nice too, he is thorough and patient and explains everything.  That will be my go to Urgent care for sure!

I was denied preventative medication at the urgent care. I had an appointment the same day virtually with the provider who advised me to go to urgent care to get treatment for preventative medication and I was denied at the urgent care. The urgent care advised me to go back to the provider. I felt unheard and a waste of money and time and nothing was resolved. I would like to file a complaint.

Walked in and was seen right away after I completed my electronic paperwork, which was nice. I was told my copay was $200 plus. I questioned the amount because at the banner urgent care I went to in Chandler I was charged $75. Then was billed $60 for a grand total of $135. I questioned and they insisted that was what my copay/deductible was.  I needed to be seen so I paid it but when I went look on my United Healthcare app. The price it said I should expect to pay at an urgent care was $135!
