I’ve been there twice as a walk in and I have not had to wait no longer than a half hour. The front desk gal is so efficient and pleasant.  As soon as I walk up to the desk she is on it with registering me and does not skip a bit. The Dr. Michael is very nice too, he is thorough and patient and explains everything.  That will be my go to Urgent care for sure!

I was denied preventative medication at the urgent care. I had an appointment the same day virtually with the provider who advised me to go to urgent care to get treatment for preventative medication and I was denied at the urgent care. The urgent care advised me to go back to the provider. I felt unheard and a waste of money and time and nothing was resolved. I would like to file a complaint.

Walked in and was seen right away after I completed my electronic paperwork, which was nice. I was told my copay was $200 plus. I questioned the amount because at the banner urgent care I went to in Chandler I was charged $75. Then was billed $60 for a grand total of $135. I questioned and they insisted that was what my copay/deductible was.  I needed to be seen so I paid it but when I went look on my United Healthcare app. The price it said I should expect to pay at an urgent care was $135!

Took a COVID test at home, was positive. Scheduled an appointment with next care. They provided quick and safe care for me and people in the waiting room.  The staff and doctor were very caring.

I’m not at all happy with service received, especially when calling afterward for follow up. Paid $275, to have infected eyelid care for. 2 topical antibiotics were prescribed.  1 prescription issued not covered by insurance, pharmacy auto-cancelled the prescription due to cost being $600.  So I call NextCare location where I was scene to report the issue, and request a prescription for tetracycline oral antibiotics be issued instead.  The call was handled by receptionist, did not get to speak with doctor. The receptionist put me on hold a couple of times to supposedly consult doctor, and return to me with doctor’s responses.  During which, the receptionist kept making inaccurate statements about my condition that did not apply. My examination stated a diagnosis of blepharitus an infected oil duct gland in my eyelid) receptionist claimed my condition was “pink eye” (infection of outer lining of eye itself).  It’s fair to estimate that my paperwork on record was not being looked at for providing accurate care, given the assessment being made.  Plus there was absolutely no recognition paid to my reporting I had not received 1 of 2 prescriptions that NextCare did prescribe.  In requesting help, I was met with all this “too lazy to look up my info” false information and was denied an oral antibiotic.  So while having already paid once, reporting the issue of unfilled prescription, requesting a substitute prescription & being denied… the system NextCare employs, I keeps issuing texts advertising for me to schedule a follow up visit?   Hello… what incentive do I have to do that?  I did not receive care for my condition the first time around… what’s scheduling and paying another fee going to yield?  Paying a second time, to start over again, and maybe get lucky and actually receive care that didn’t occur the first time around? I had been going to a different NextCare location and it was great. I like NextCare based on excellent care received there on several occasions. Lesson learned, will not be visiting NextCare Marketplace ever again.

l. sanchez FNP-C worst malpractice i have seen ever. Working in the medical field i’ve seen diverse work ethics and hers by far is up there in my top 5 worst ones. Especially when here dictation in the medical charts does not match what actually went on in the clinic room. Will not go back there again. Already called HQ and made a formal complaint. I hope this place gets audited.

Made an appointment online for another location for x-rays for my wrist went there waited only to find out the x-ray technician wasn’t there that day. They sent me to another location on the other side of town. The first available x-ray appointment was three hours later after I checked in, I waited an additional hour in the waiting room. The x-ray tech was nice and efficient. The physicians assistant on duty was kind of a jackass. He said he was going to prescribe me something I have not received any notifications or prescriptions or the results of my x-rays 24 hours later and I’m in pain

Absolutely kind & compassionate staff. The check in process was simple . The care was suburb, unfortunately I had to be referred to TMC this time due to severity of my symptoms. However the NP didn’t take long to get the referral done at all and we were on our way. I much prefer urgent care over Emergency room any day, so typically this is my firsthand choice. I was hoping that it was something else and I’d be sent home, but I kind of knew better. I have a psychology degree and nursing is my minor. My symptoms were severe enough I probably should have just gone to ER, but I had no idea their x-ray was down and that urgent care couldn’t do labs. Live and learn. I still prefer urgent care just know in the future for chest pain & SOB to go directly to ER. Honestly was hoping it was just my asthma, or anxiety, stress or something. It had been a crazy few weeks. This is by far my favorite location in Tucson, it’s always clean, staff is friendly, patient with my mobility issues and also great with my service dog, longest I’ve waited is an hour even when they’re really busy. When I have just walking in without an appointment. Apparently you can call and make an appointment, I didn’t realize that, considering it’s an hour and a half drive for me I just headed out first thing in morning. I’d definitely recommend this provider. Love that you can check in via paper or your mobile device that in itself can safe some time.
