Daphne and Bill are amazing, they were so patient and friendly to my 6 year old who was terrified of getting her flu shot. I drove 40 minutes across town just to go to them, and I’d do it again. The front office was friendly, and the security guard was waiting with a lollipop for her as we were walking out. Thank you guys so much!

It was very easy to book an appointment on-line and to check in. Staff was friendly, including nurse and doctor. But I don’t feel like they heard me. You don’t go to the Urgent Care for fun. I’d say my current pain level is a 9 and the doctor said, “you don’t look like you’re under duress.” What? They tested me for a couple illnesses and when those came back negative they discharged me.  I’ve brought my kiddo there before and they were great, though it’s been awhile and different folks were working.

Woke up the previous day with the worst sore throat. I didn't schedule, but I did walk in. It wasn't a bad wait, but felt long with the pain i was going through. Went in the nurse was semi nice. She lo9ked done with the day, which I don't blame her. She swabbed my throat, amd the wait for the doctor wasn't long. When he came in he checked throat said yep you have a sore throat prescribed me antibiotics and I had to stop him from leaving to ask him questions. There was only myself and one other room occupied. In the wait room there was a total of 2 people. No one else was waiting, there wasn't a lot of people. He rushed way to fast.
