I was in and out quickly. Staff was nice other than doctor who saw me. Did not get the help I needed. Still sick and she was rude. Would not recommend that doctor. All the other staff was great. Worst money spent in a medical facility.

I have this stupid ulcer in my inner right thigh, it wont go away! Dr suggested wound care and also see my PCP, which I have an appointment for next week. I would recommend this provider and this Urgent Care Always!!

Went in with a fever and cough, and was promptly tested for COVID, flu and strep. All negative- Would have liked to get a diagnosis, but the staff was very supportive and concluded that I had some viral infection, and would have to let it run it's course. The cough syrup they prescribed worked well on my symptoms. Still sick after three days.

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had with NextCare Urgent Care Tucson(22nd), your front desk staff and the NP Smith were thorough and not only explained everything to me but also my son . We went in for a simple sports physical and my son wishes NP Smith was his primary physician .

Absolutely outstanding all the way around . First time in my 49 years of being alive, that I've ever been to an Urgent Care facility. Absolutely impressive

I took my brother in law to nexcare they were very caring ànd was seen in a véry short time and was able to get the help I needed

Been sick for the last week made a appointment on line got the early they were all so nice.

My granddaughter has had a stuffed up nose for a couple days and started coughing. We just thought it was a cold and got some children's cold medicine and gave it to her for about 1 1/2 days. She started saying her ear was hurting so I took her to Urgent Care this evening. She's 9yr old, scared of getting shots and therefore scared of going to the doctor. We were able to schedule her an appt online so easily. The girl at the front desk was so nice. She saw the uneasiness in my grands face and talked to her assuring her she would be fine. The girl who took all her stats also talked to her very calmingly. And our doctor,Darlene, who was as sweet as she could be assured her she was doing fine and didn't need to be scared. They first tested her for covid and flu to rule those out before deciding what was wrong, because she seemed to be running a little bit higher fever for it to have just been an ear infection. It seems it was that plus the starting of strep throat. She left without crying as she usually does and was so happy everyone told her what they were going to do before they did it so she had nothing to fear. I was happy they did that and so proud of my grand for not being afraid of them. I'm sure if she ever has to go again she won't be scared. Thanks you guys!!

Very good service, especially compared to other sites. The staff were so amazing to my two little ones. Very patient and accommodating.
