The person who was on duty was very rude and made me feel like I was less than. It was a very horrible experience

My son had a severe allergy rash, didn't had time to schedule appointment we just walked in. Check in service was excellent all staff were fast and helpful

I had some issues at the front desk, they were try to over charge me for my visit. Front desk staff might need go over the insurance information training. I had a rough night and morning with my child being sick to add an additional Unprofessional front desk staff situation.

The staff were all very friendly and polite, there was another gentleman there that was being unreasonable and rude, but the attendants were very patient with his griping and continued to provide the best care they could. the doctor, i feel bad caude i forget her name but she did a lovely job shedding light on whatever strange thing is happening to me and provided me with all the resources necessary to get back to ship shape. i would absolutely recommend this facility

The MA that assisted the dr after being placed in a room was rude and has a really awful sarcastic attitude

I came in with a sinus infection that was causing extensive drainage into my lungs, making it very difficult to breathe. I described symptoms to the NP on staff who listened to my chest and declared she didn't hear anything, and that whatever I had was clearly viral. This was in spite of me coughing colored mucous up in front of staff, and struggling to breathe without coughing. NP spent less than 2.5 minutes with me before declaring it was viral and sending me on my way to a 190 dollar bill with no prescription and a recommendation to go to an ER and get an Xray. There were two other patients in the office, so no stress to move us quickly. I tried to convince her it was an infection to no avail, and she suggested that I might have a collapsed lung or fluid around my heart. Kind of ridiculous and unlikely hypothesis for a healthy adult who has had a sinus infections before and knows the symptoms. I would really like at least a partial refund since I really didn't receive any real care other than "Go to the ER". Seems like a regular occurrence with his NP since the front office staff was super apologetic about the experience without me bringing it up to them. I scheduled an appt with my primary care doctor who diagnosed used the sinus infection and gor me on anti motors quickly.... without an x-ray. Do not reccomend coming to this office.

Was able to get an appointment same day and rather short notice. Seen within minutes and all the staff was great. The attending PA Mario Angulo Villa was wonderful. He did multiple tests to diagnose and treat my symptoms. I will go back and definitely recommend.

Front admin very helpful and nice. Dr walked in and out less than a minute. Was not worth the money and wait.
