The wait time was longer than usual, but staff was nice and apologized for the longer wait time.

Conveniently located, scheduled on line and got right in, saw Dulce Olivarez,FNP, She took my concerns seriously, ordered X-ray, and gave me prescription. I will follow up with her after X-ray, really appreciate being able to get in on Sunday

I had really bad stomach issues and just felt really bad, I called and was to been seen same day which worked out well.  The staff was amazing and nurse practitioner was fabulous gave medication and on my way to feeling much better thank you.  Great thing they are in my network

I wait time was fine but the doctor didn't do much for me. I had to go to the hospital myself to get my nail off and to get it cleaned and prescribed medicine for the excruciating pain

The front desk and the healthcare provider and the nurse were excellent. Everyone was very nice and attentive. However, when I went to pay the man at the front desk kept giving me the wrong information. He said that it was $132 because I had not met my deductible and my out-of-pocket expense. He said it wasn’t until I met both then I would be able to pay only the 20% deductible. He is wrong. I was just at the same NextCare last week for myself and I was charged only $31. I met my deductible months ago and I am hundreds of dollars away from meeting my out-of-pocket expense. He was kind enough to charge me only $35 and said I could handle the rest through insurance. NextCare usually is pretty good about billing for this year. But I’ve had bad experiences in the past. This is another instance. I know it was not the gentleman‘s fault but the system. I don’t know why it’s so different within seven days.

I woke up sick was able to get a  1220 appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great service, caring and treatment.

Woke up still feeling sick coughing , went in and was able to be seen right away.  The receptionist was very friendly and helpful . I was call in to the back immediately and seen by the doctor.  Doctor right away check me out , listened to why I was there . Prescribed meds and order an x-ray and sent me on my way. Meds have been helping so far.  Should have gone there the first time!  Thank you so much

Scheduling easy online. Fast check in. Professional staff. Not satisfied that had to be sent to hospital ER. Location did not have proper equipment to be attended
