Very attentive and caring professionals. I’m from out of state and they made the process so easy.

I was a walk in amd there was 8 people in front of me. I was expecting to wait a lot longer than i did. Staff was friendly and quick.

Came in with sinus infection and pink eye. Checking in was  easy and fast, waiting time was very reasonable, entire staff was very professional and the place was clean. The medications were ready to pick up when I arrived at the pharmacy. I was very satisfied with their service, thank you. I highly recommend this provider.

I was very pleased with the excellent care that I received. This was a very positive experience overall, and I thank all the staff for that. Keep up the good work.

I made the appointment online and then had to wait an hour and a half, finally got called back in the exam room just to wait another 20mins to have the doctor come in to speak with us for only 5 minutes. Then had to wait again to get the after visit summary, the front desk said we could download the app to see the after visit summary but it was having technical issues not letting me create an account. I will for now on go to carbon health

Front desk staff not so friendly. Check in forms are redundant, and I don’t like being made to do those on my phone. Nurse and nurse practitioner were excellent and provided great care.

The staff was rude and inattentive. I waited for over and a half to not even receive care. They worsened my pain and sent me to leave.

Following up with work related injuries. Doctors concern making sure I'm able to go backto work.

I have been here before and have always been taking care of quickly but I guess they were short staffed

Was able to get an appt same day and wait time was reasonable but Doctor was horrible, I’m pregnant and was having issues with my arms and referred me to ER. I didn’t understand why I needed to go to the ER and while I was waiting for the note my primary doctor called me back and stated I didn’t need to go to ER. So I asked the doctor if she could please just write me a doctors note and my primary care got back to me. She refused and  was very rude, which forced me to go to ER since I needed a doctors note for missing work. The ER did nothing and was even surprised they they referred me. Also costing me over 300 dollars in hospital fee. Would never recommend this urgent care or doctor. Horrible.
