Amazing!  Not busy. Every where else was closed. I had to be seen for I was leaving the next morning on a trip. They were quick and sent to a pharmacy that was open late so I could get started on meds.

Everyone was beyond nice besides the provider, Carla transue. She was awful. Disrespectful and wouldn’t allow me to speak. Dismissed my symptoms and then told me I probably have Covid but didn’t test me for it. Never have I felt like going to urgent care was a waste of time until today. The front desk gentlemen, and the medical assistances were wonderful. Carla Transue, horrible, awful and obviously hates her job and or life.

I was a walk in and 6 people ahead of me but wait not too long. The provider gave me a referral for an xray which I was sure I didn’t need but I was wrong. Will schedule one asap so I was helped more than I thought.

Overall a great experience. But I went in with pneumonia like symptoms. One of the drugs I was prescribed is for people whom are going through chemo.  Also not having an x-ray done to do a more thorough job and see what was/is currently wrong with me just seems wrong.

I recently visited NextCare due to cutting myself with glass, which left a piece of skin hanging from my right thumb. While Jesus, the gentleman who answered the phone, was polite and helpful, the rest of my visit was disappointing. The lobby was empty when I arrived, yet I had to wait 20 minutes despite being in excruciating pain. Once taken to a room, I noticed drops of blood on the floor from a previous patient, which was both unsanitary and disturbing. Unfortunately, I was in too much pain to address this at the time. My hand was soaking for over 15 minutes as I waited for someone to assist me. I could hear laughter coming from outside the room, and when I stepped out to ask for help due to the pain, I was met with attitude. It took an additional 15–20 minutes before a staff member finally came in. When the medical provider arrived, she was humming and appeared unconcerned about the urgency of my condition. As she glued my wound, she accidentally got glue inside the cut, causing me to scream in pain. She showed no care or empathy during the process. I have visited NextCare many times before, especially at the Pima location, and have always had positive experiences. However, this visit was far below the standard I’ve come to expect.
