The app is not the best. I needed a chest X-ray. So where on the app do you go to do that? Then the information that I just gave them a week ago. Other than those things, it went well.

The check in process was easy and the staff was fast and friendly. The provider was phenomenal! I've seen her multiple times and have Never been disappointed. She's quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and super nice. NP Becki Shumaker is the BEST

We walked in and Ricardo was very polite ,helpful and was able to get us in quickly . The nursing staff was amazing and very attentive. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

Check in staff was very helpful and it went fairly smoothly. Healthcare workers treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. Nurse Practitioner needed a reminder in regards to one of my requests but responded immediately. I would recommend her.

Office visit eas great! Fast results. Online check in was confusing what is optional and almost made me late my appointment. It was asking for things i don't give out online.

My right ear had been hurting for a couple of days. So I called and scheduled an appointment for 11 o’clock in the morning I was seen right away. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility. I have used this facility several times in the past.

I’ve always been so happy with the next care on Pima and Wilmot it was the one place I’d always go to even if I lived far away from it now I live so close it makes it easier. I always have the best people that assist. It’s easy to schedule on time. The wait time is hardly anything and the doctors the nurses all the staff are always very very compassionate and wanna make sure I get the best healthcare possible so thank you thank you so much.

I was in and out in less than an hour.  The staff were friendly and helpful.  I would definitely use this location again if I experienced medical issues outside of my primary care’s regular hours.

Doctor dos not seem knowledgeable and was not helpful or supportive. She Acted like I was crazy to go in for care on the first day of experiencing symptoms  and I was wasting her time. Told me to go take some cough syrup and come back if I don’t get better. The worst quality of care I have received at a NextCare facility. Very disappointed.

I came down with shingles. I wasn’t able to book online until much later in the day. I called and they had no waiting. I walked in and 25 minutes later I was walking out with my Rx.
