I was not happy with the front desk receptionist. She was rude and sharp with her replies. I was there because I was not feeling well and feeling disappointed in the services. However the doctor made up for the unkind manner I was treated. Should I return to the same clinic it would be because of the attending doctor. I well NOT refer this location to anyone.

I have been suffering from an acute sore throat and sinus infection. I was able to book an appointment online without any problems.  When I arrived at the Pima East location the staff went above and beyond  clearing my insurance info. The medical staff is professional and efficient. They were able to answer my questions and provide a course of treatment that will help me. I would recommend NextCare urgent care.

Everything went fast up until it was time to check out and get the paperwork. One person that came out well after us got her paperwork and left. Then the front desk person got up and just walked away. We waited for 5 more minutes before saying anything and she was rather rude about it.

Called to schedule an appointment & was scheduled for 2 hours later, but was told it was not busy that I could come in now & be seen sooner. I went into office & saw FNP within  20 - 30 minutes. I was tested for Flu & Covid & results to my surprise tested positive for Covid. I was provided with prescriptions & gone by 7:15. The whole experience was easy.

I looked at the website online and it did say IV fluids were an option at Nextcare. In my visit, I learned that that IV fluids were not offered at Nextcare, and the website had the wrong information. I feel that my time and money were wasted. The provider, an NP, and staff were kind, but I didn't get the help I expected or needed.
