I was never given my documents before i left yesterday and i have not really received any positive benefits from my visit as a result of my prescription.

Made an appt to either get x-ray or knee brace. Staff was efficient and welcoming. Experienced seeing a medical emergency in the wait room which caused all appts to be delayed. Staff was very responsive to the emergency, 911 responded quickly and staff apologized for the delay. I received what I needed. Would recommend this facility.

Great experience except I was told I would get a call with my X-ray results and I did not. Still hoping.

The receptionist was not attentive at all. The staff in the back, were chatting about raises and pay… one of which walked by my door and realized, she never had gotten to my urine sample. Mind you, I had been waiting for well over 30 mins. I find it very unprofessional! Will never go back. The doctor didn’t even check my ears. I went in for a sore throat, cough, possible uti, all of which came back negative. It was such a waste of time!

At 8am I book a sports physical for 4 pm and I got yo the place before 4pm , and waited 20 m then I asked what was the waiting time,the boy said he didn’t know, and that there was one person at head of me , two other persons came in and they got in first, so instead of one they were 3 before me I got called at 5:18 . So what’s the point of making an appointment . If I have to wait 1 .1/2 hour.

i think they were understaffed. the floors were covered in grime & i was not confident i wouldn’t catch anything while i was there. the nurse practitioner was great but it took me a couple hours to see her. overall my problem was solved but the experience wasn’t particularly pleasant.

I appreciate the ease of scheduling my appointment. The wait time, the check in process and care were great. I would recommend this office to others.

I was able to an appointment for both my wife and I. Saw both of us at same time and checked us out. Gave us prescriptions right away. NP was very professional and polite. I have been coming since the Covid came . Excellent service. Thanks to everyone

Since the clinic was closed on New Year's Day I was able to schedule the 1st appointment of the day on the 2nd. There was a short wait time before I got to go back and see the NP. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that the trashcans hadn't been emptied.

Within an hour I had my UTI labbed, diagnosed, consult with me, out the door, picked up my Rx and on my way home. Thank you, people there today.
