Had a bruised tailbone took X-rays but that was Saturday now here it is Monday and still no results

Had cough and sore throat for two days. Decided to try NextCare since my regular doctors office was standing room only. Wait time was five minutes at NextCare. Within 20 minutes I was seen, tested, and out. I’ve used NextCare before for minor injuries with good results. Staff is always friendly and tolerates my bizarre sense of humor. Highly recommend.

Doctor was in a rush and very clearly did not look at the chart before coming in the room. Only went here because our doctors office is closed on Saturday. Will have to follow up with an actual doctor come Monday because it was very clearly did this guy did not want to listen or try to find a solution. Google could answer more questions than him.  Every sentence he was saying “I guess”. Very reassuring to hear bub 👍🏻

Have a Sinus infection ! Requested a steroid shot as being 73 that has rapid results for me! Dr Temple refused he was by prescribing a cough medicine! I don’t have a cough! As long as Temple is associated w Your clinic I won’t be back !  He would Not make a vet ! No would not recommend any one to him

I was told that I had pneumonia a went to  the hospital spent 8 hours in the ER to find out I didn’t have it so let’s say not a good visit .

I was treated for a cut on my left little finger.  It was stitched and an antibiotic prescribed.  The staff were very efficient .

They where friedly,professional. Made me feel at ease from the frt 2 the back. Dr Allen was gr8& lady at frtTy for ur time

My 14 yr old son had an earache and cough. I scheduled the appt. on the app. We waited a long time, but it was busy. When we saw the doctor, she kept calling my son a girl. I guess because he has long hair. My son was seriously offended, and his feelings are still hurt. That's why I'm even writing this review. HE was given antibiotics for the earache, but nothing for the cough.

My 900 appointment that had been scheduled in advance for a workman’s comp injury. I arrived at 830 and wasn’t seen until 945. My injury was misdiagnosed and the provider I saw was rude, dismissive, and did not listen to what I had to say.
