I scheduled an appointment for 2 pm. There was one person in front of me. They called her back at 2, which 2as my appointment time. I was at my appointment 10 minutes early and wasn't call back until around 2:25. I just feel it was a long wait considering I had an appointment. The staff were great. I appreciate you all being there to help the I'll. I would recommend this provider.

Doctors don't listen to patients and the patient knows what they need to get well but nobody listens...

I do not believe that the PA did a thorough exam job. I am going to have to go to my doctor tomorrow in order to get proper medication for my eyes. I was highly disappointed.

Had a sore throat for about a week so wanted to make sure it wasn't strep before going back to work. Scheduling online wasn't bad but it was kind of pointless when I still had to provide the same information and insurance cards upon check in and had to be called to the front desk 3 times to complete check in process. Kind of defeats the purpose to make an appointment and be asked to check in 15 minutes early when others with appointments after you and a walk in that comes in after check in gets called in before you while you still wait 2 hours after your scheduled appointment. Nursing staff was delightful though.

From the website to the initial exam before you see the doctor I explained I was coming in for an issue that I waited for a longtime, got charged a big fee just to be told by doctor they don't treat my issue. They should have a way to inform patients of these things before charging them for an answer.

Scheduled an appointment for 4:15, wasn’t seen until 5:45.  Walk-ins kept getting pushed ahead of me because of a QR code.  I was in and out after they finally saw me.

I had an overall good experience. The only issue was the wait time, but that had nothing to do with a lack of effort from the staff. The staff were terrific! Despite the nurse being sick and overworked, she treated me with kindness and respect. If corporate reads patient reviews, you need to do better with hours and ensure that staff are supported and not overworked and understaffed!

Scheduling appointment was easy and the receptionist and the medical assistant was super nice, but I didn't really care for the physician that "saw" me. I had a wasp sting to my right ear and she barely examined it (she didn't even look at the back of my ear, which is where a majority of the pain, swelling and discharge was coming from) and just dismissed me with steroid rx. I also saw her, I believe in 2017/2018, where I asked to be checked for kidney infection and she treated me like a drug seeker and told me she wasn't going to treat me and that it was workman's comp. I later found out it was a kidney infection. Neither my family/friends will ever come there again.
