Walked in without an appointment as I’ve never been to an Urgent Care. The checkin process was quick & easy, staff was extremely friendly and thorough. Pleased with the care received. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in need of Urgent Care again.

I regret to share that my recent experience with this healthcare provider was deeply disappointing. The doctor or nurse involved refused to administer a standard treatment, which is a common practice in clinical settings. This was not related to a controlled substance, but rather a straightforward medication. In my 13+ previous healthcare encounters, providers have typically been responsive and willing to consider my treatment needs, so this was an unexpected and troubling first. The conduct I experienced raised serious concerns about professionalism and ethical standards. The provider's approach seemed to lack confidence and competence, and the interaction was marked by ultimatums, interruptions, and an escalation in tone. At the end, the provider walked out of the room, refusing to provide the necessary care. She stated, "I can’t do that for the best of my facility/practice," which came across as both self-serving and dismissive of patient needs. I made an effort to remind her of the principles outlined in the Hippocratic Oath, which emphasizes the importance of acting in the best interest of the patient, but this was met with little consideration which appeared to trigger an emotional response. As a healthcare professional, I believe there should be no room for ego in patient care. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the values and priorities of this facility.

Daughter had an earache for a couple of days. Thought it would be better but remained the same. I looked up this location because I brought my son here couple of months ago and liked how fast the service was. I went online and scheduled an appointment the same day in about 45 minutes. I hurried and filled out the rest of the insurance info and headed down there. There were only 2 people ahead of me. We checked in and were seen earlier than expected. Awesome! They cleaned her ear the best they could and gave us a referral. Staff was friendly.
