No issues with this appointment. Everything went great!

Started having a sore throat and was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly however after test results came back I wasn’t given an answer to why my throat was hurting so bad. No meds no answers other than retest in a few days. Very unprofessional in the quality of services.

Went in telling them I thought I had pneumonia. And NO ONE bothered to tell me they couldn't do an exray until AFTER the Dr saw me. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!! And I will also tell EVERYONE I KNOW.

Seem like they were in a hurry. Spent $150 to get told to drink water. Wanted something to make The lingering side effects more comfortable, but it didn’t happen

The office itself is pretty clean but the chairs are extremely dirty and many were ripped or torn in the back areas. The staff wasn’t very friendly and made my 12 year old son a little uneasy.

Appointment was to have stitches removed    Wait time a little longer than expected since I had a 9 am appointment

Everything went great   Short wait. Nice staff. Would use urgent care again

It was overall amazing they really took care of me when I had something going on with my eye and the two girls were absolutely amazing I’ll be back to see them

I scheduled an appointment while I was at work because I had been feeling bad for a few days. I had an appointment at 5 and was not called to a room until 6. After waiting another 25 minutes the PA came in and pushed on my forehead and my sinuses and said “yep it’s a cold you’ll be fine”. I explained I could tell it was more than a cold and that I had been exposed to bronchitis, sinus infection, etc. at work. The provider brushed me off and said take some DayQuil and Sudafed together. I left feeling worse than when I arrived, and called my dr the following morning to schedule an appointment. Only to be diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection as well as an ear infection. Next time I will save my $50 co-pay and nearly 2 hours of my time to go to a real Dr. someone who will listen to me and not rush me out of their office without hearing my concerns or even looking at anything!

I was having extreme pain with my back. This is routine for me. The PA came in for a whole maybe 5 minutes and asked if I’d ever considered a particular med for the pain. Once I explained I had tried the med suggested in the past with negative experiences, it was as if he was annoyed and didn’t have much else to discuss. I could barely sit in the chair while waiting. My BP was elevated, which should’ve also shown the pain I was in.  The man never even laid hands on me to check anything else or ask any further questions. It was late in the evening, so there was only one pharmacy open he said clear on the southside. I had issues just driving to the clinic down the street due to the pain down my leg, so I knew I wouldn’t be able to drive clear across town. I had to wait another painful, sleepless night to get the prescription the following morning. Nothing was offered to help calm the pain while there. In the past, I was given a shot of something which helped immediately. The only reason I didn’t give all 5s was due to the PA. I felt like a bother being there for help.
