Scheduled an appointment for chest congestion and cough. May have been exposed to pneumonia. The doctor who helped me was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care about my concerns or give me any information. She told me it was just a cold. I told her the symptoms don’t present this way for me typically. She shrugged her shoulders, said it was a cold and walked out. Didn’t give any medicine or even recommendations. Overall bad experience. Will go to a different urgent care next time.

My son needed to get in quick and it was easy to do. Everyone was so kind and he got the help he needed.

It was great, 6 out of5. The system wouldn’t accept me tapping on the stars.

Check in was smooth. Front desk guy was great. Medical staff was apathetic at best, and clearly don't recognize how thin the walls are - I heard them discussing the problems with the testing equipment, and how "it doesn't matter, we're sending her other labs out anyway*, then they came in an said everything was fine and the results were negative. 😐 No results of anything available when you login to Solv account, so online interface is trash as well. My doctor sent me to urgent care because she thought I had pyelo - when informed of that, Nextcare doctor was super lackadaisical. Should have just gone to the ER.

Great front desk and check in staff. Also answered the phone after the appt to redirect my prescription. Highly recommend!

I had a painful lump on the top of my foot. The receptionist was very friendly as was the doctor’s assistant. The doctor however seemed to care less and after barely looking at it thought it was gout. She ordered a blood draw and x-ray. X-ray machine was not working that day. I had an additional question after she left the exam room and was annoyed she had to come back to see me again. I’ve used this facility previously but will not return after this experience.

Came in with abdominal pain. Nobody else in the office but me. Waited about 15-20 min. Went in and dr said there was nothing she could do and suggested I go to Emergency room.  Got a bill for $400.

Made appt online for a virtual appt for 830.  Paperwork completed and confirmed appt time. No one called me to join the call so I called Woodbridge office girl was very apologized so she made another appt for 9:15.  Same thing happened again. I again called office she tried to help by that time she had to make me another appt for 10:15. So I waited and no call.  I was upset and just went in to Woodbridge office and was seen right away and taken care of.  Bathroom where I had to give urine test:  light was partially out. Garbage can was full and they just opened up and no paper towels just a roll of paper towels.  Very disappointed.   The system u use for on line appts was useless

The secret is to book an appointment. That gets you in and out in record time. All personnel, were exceptional-especially the doctor. Highly recommend this location.

I am extremely disappointed as we had an appointment scheduled for 4:30pm, got a confirmation text a couple of hours before, replied yes, we would be there. We got to the location and a sign on the door said it was closed for the day. This was extremely upsetting as we had the appointment for a reason. They should have reached out to let us know it was cancelled, not sent a reminder text.
