I took my 3 year old here when we were visiting from out of town. Our entire appointment took over an hour to confirm a flu test. The doctor was helpful, but her bedside manner was a bit harsh for a toddler (she was upset while being examined and was harshly told to stop crying).

I don’t feel like my concerns were being heard, and the once in the exam room was almost an hour.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing! Everyone else that I encountered during my visit was horrible. When I first arrived there was one person checking in and no other patients there. I checked in really quickly and waited. During my wait you could hear the NP and the nurse in the back having what must have been a pretty hilarious conversation. Now there are 5 people in the waiting area just hanging out until the duo decided that they were ready to actually work. So the nurse came out and called someone’s name and proceeded to tell her in the waiting area “you’re here to have your TB test read, so just take off your jacket and roll your sleeve up, I will just check it right here.” I wasn’t aware that we were doing look overs in the waiting area and apparently the patient didn’t get the memo either because she looked confused and a bit embarrassed. So another gentleman was called and taken back, and then I was called. I guess the nurse didn’t want to be at work so she quickly rambled through the questions and the procedures. I went to the patient room and waited. My husband was called back next (The walls are paper thin so you hear everything) and then he went to a separate room. Next you hear the voice of the NP “Where are these people and why weren’t they just roomed together!!!” I wasn’t aware that if you’re married you have to be seen together, I must have missed that part! Then you hear “Ugh why are they even here”. I have been to this location and seen this doctor before and she has the absolute worst bed side manner of any Nurse Practitioner I have encountered! She rushes and doesn’t give you time to answer the questions that she asks before cutting you off. She then proceeds to tell me “I will send your meds over as soon as I see your husband who is in this other room next door” I guess us being in separate rooms was a huge inconvenience for her. Never again!

booking was super easy but seemed like staff would rather gossip than provide help. Doctor saw me for maybe 2 minutes when I’ve had on going symptoms for two weeks.

Walked in and was taken care of swiftly. Staff showed care, empathy and professionalism.

My son needed to be seen close to closing time. We made it before their walk in cut off time of 7:15 per the receptionist’s information when i called ahead of time to check on their wait times. When we sat down, she was very helpful, but half the waiting area lights were off and one of the nurses came out very loudly complaining about last minute patients and not wanting to accept an appointment last minute that was booked for even closer to their closing time. It made me feel very unwelcome and that they were just trying to leave as soon as possible a full 45 minutes before they close. She was decently warm to my son (6) and the doctor came in a quickly spoke to us briefly. Overall, we felt very rushed and unwanted. I understand the timing protocols, but the negative attitudes were really disheartening. I’d rather sit and wait at another urgent care to be treated better in the future. We definitely wont be returning.

Made an online appointment for sinus pain. I showed up early for my appointment. Was taken back to the clinic about 15-20 minutes past my appointment time but doctor came in quickly and got me out and on my way. The prescription was called in quickly so that I was able to pick it up and get home quickly.

I am always pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment and the fact that you the staff moves patients through efficiently so there is never a wait.  I am usually very satisfied with the providers, but today I saw Dr. Fatima and although she diagnosed and treated me, her bedside manner was lacking. She seemed in a hurry and was short with answers to my questions. She made me feel I was asking uneducated questions and that I was wasting her time.

Ms Elkins and the MA who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) were so kind. Thank you all!!

I started with pain on Thursday evening. I decided to go here and had to check in with QR code because the person did not want to check me in directly. My appointment time was 8:40. The intake nurse was fairly nice. I met the doctor and she looked at me and first diagnosed a tooth issue but then went to Bell's palsy and said I needed to go to the hospital. All she did was look in my mouth and I said it was probably an infection since I had so much pain and my left side of my face was swollen. I went to the hospital later that day and I told them that urgent care diagnosed me with Bell's palsy and they asked why would they have said that since I was in so much pain. The hospital came to the conclusion it was an infection and gave me medication. After 24 hours, I am feeling a lot better. I believe this caused me a lot of money to go to a hospital if this urgent care would have just listened to my issue.
