Examination proved reassuring that I’d taken prudent steps to address a temporary physical injury

The doctor that saw my daughter was phenomenal. He is so caring, even though he was super busy. He took the time to care for my daughter. He is such caring human being and doctor. Shows a lot of compassion and kindness for his patients.

I live in the Foothills but I will only take my kids to Nextcare on 16th street. I can schedule an appointment or, if there are none available, walk-in times are also very reasonable! Everyone at this location is so friendly and provide thorough customer service, and I trust them to listen to my concerns!

Missed an entire mastoid infection in my bone behind my ear :/

They took me in right after I arrived. I then needed to use the bathroom, but needed a key. I was on crutches and having a hard time moving around with a broken foot. The girl behind the counter held up a band with a key on, and had me walk across the room to get it. I would’ve thought that since I was having a hard time walking and had crutches, she could’ve helped me with that. The girl that took me back and got my weight and height was very friendly very nice and very considerate. I was seeing a nurse practitioner because that’s all that was available at 7:30 on Saturday night. I explained what was going on with my foot, and she had two x-rays taken. She came back to let me know, that I had a break in my heel. She gave me a referral for an orthopedic surgeon, but didn’t specify one or tell me what to do in the meantime. .   I had to go home and wait and wait and go through Sunday and wait till Dr.’s office is opened up on Monday. Trying to get around was very hard. If you need Urgent Care, I don’t think this is the place to go. As I sit here on Monday morning, I have an appointment tomorrow to have my foot looked at. It’s been a very long weekend.

What can I say I had appointments sat in waiting room 40 mins sat in small room 20 min ??????? It is what it is.

The Dr that helped me was so wonderful, she was professional and kind. This was my first time having COVID and she knew exactly what I needed.

I went to get my tb test with no appointment. Staff was super friendly Maria greeted me super friendly great attentive. Mildred gave me my tb shoot I did not feel a thing really professional and polite. I recommend this UC for your tb shoot you won’t regret it. Thank you for being professional and polite amazing workers.
