Even though I had booked an appointment time online, I was told I had leave since there wasn't any staff. If staffing is an issue with location it would probably be a good idea to close until this problem is corrected.

Made an appointment online for 12. Got there at 11:45. Reception proceeds to tell us the doctor is behind and feels she needs to take a lunch before she continues with a patient in the waiting room. It’ll be at least 1 o’clock. I understand getting behind, but you take care of the patient you have sitting in the waiting room. No wonder why nobody says to go to this place. It’s run down inside the staff doesn’t know anything and apparently the doctor is too busy to have her lunch then to worry about patients. Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

I was turned away on 9/22 for not having an appointment. I made an appointment for the following day 9/23 at 10am. Gave all the information online and responded to the text messages telling me to arrive on time. Pulled up to the facility, checked in on my phone, only to walk in and be told I couldn't be seen despite 6 people waiting in the waiting room. Absolute trash.

Went there in extreme pain and booked my appointment while I was en route. Was early to my appt for urgent care and still sat there for another 25 minutes without even being greeted; so I left.

11oclock appt meant nothing. Just tell people walk ins, first come first serve. Did not get called in until 12 and then waited another hour. Staff admitted the appts were just a place holder and primary care patients come first. Just my opinion. Thanks
