Came from out of town with congested chest that turned out to be Bronchitis. My primary Dr wanted to wait for the next day.  I went to Night Owl and was seen on the spot. All work including XRay was done in the same place. Dr Ads gave me a good feeling that things will be fine. He was very attentive to me and my case and focused on me not the “Computer”. His staff were very courteous as well. I know where to go next time in case of urgent care needed.

In and out in 30 minutes. We're pleased! Very efficient and helpful.

Dr. Ads and staff are amazing! He treated our son a month ago for a broken toe and then yesterday when our son slipped and fell at school. We didn’t have to wait at all, the staff is super friendly and nice. We will always come here for our son’s urgent care needs.

I would like to know if they will reimburse me for the cost of the visit since they charged me $75 and I have medical insurance.

I have taken my son to this urgent care as it’s very convenient. We always get the same doctor and he is fantastic with our son and the wait times are very minimal. We are fortunate to live so close to an urgent care with an excellent doctor and office. I have had emergency rooms miss an ear infection before and we regretted not just coming here first. Great place.

My daughter woke up with a 102.7 fever and a sore throat with ear aches. I immediately called and ask the receptionist is they take military Tricare and they did. I promptly headed over on a Saturday afternoon and the scheduling and check-in was super easy and quick. The staff was thoughtful and took care of my five year old. Both the Nurse and the Doctor were both attentive and caring. I highly recommend them for kids.

We had an excellent experience at Night Owl Pediatric Doctors. My son had a right hand index finger fracture, and the care he received was top-notch. The doctors were attentive, professional, and ensured his injury was treated perfectly. Highly recommend their services!

The attention from the doctor and staff was okay, but the office does need a hand in cleanliness, especially in the walls of the reception waiting area.

First, I called before I came to the clinic and asked about my insurance. The lady confirmed that they accept simply health care. Then when I arrived, I provided them with my insurance card and we’ve been told to fill out the paperwork. After sitting down and waiting for more than an hour, they told us that we don’t accept your insurance…… my son was bleeding and he had pain……. It was the worst clinic I have ever seen in the last 10 years…..

Great staff and great doctor. They are fast and convenient.
