Daughter complained of sore throat and pain during swallowing and coughing. Was able to get her an appointment in AM. We were in and out in 35 minutes! This is our second time here and we had the same experience the first time. We need to drive a little further but better service than the other urgent care near by.

My son fell at school today and needed to be seen right away. We were able to get in immediately they didn't x-ray and were out of the office within 30 minutes. We have loved every visit that we have had there

I highly recommend Night Watch Urgent Care! My daughter’s fever spiked again on Sunday evening. We missed the pediatrician emergency hours. I felt awful that the urgent care was getting close to closing, but the only other option was the ER. The staff and nurse practitioner were very nice. They could do a chest x-ray with results on the spot and give a diagnosis. Even better they gave the first dose of the antibiotic since all pharmacies were closed.

My son came in with intermittent sore throat, headache, stomach ache, dizziness and fever. The medical assistant swabbed him for strep, Covid and flu. She did not get a good swab on him, the swab didn’t go far enough in his mouth or nose. I told the provider that since all tests were negative, and asked if she could reswab. She said “we got a culture, so this will tell for sure”. PA then diagnosed him with left otitis media. Sent in Amoxicillin, which I did not start. He did not have an ear infection, I am a nurse practitioner and checked him when we got home. Less then 24 hours later I went to his pediatrician office. Where she confirmed no fluid or infection in either ear. She retested for strep, came up positive in 30 seconds!  So my son was misdiagnosed and mismanaged! Medical assistant should not be swabbing if she is not good at it. And a PA should know the difference between a normal and abnormal ear exam!

Took our daughter here due to cough and fever and received excellent care. Provider listened to our concerns and allowed us to make an informed decision. Will definitely recommend to other pediatric patients in this area and return if needed.

Found out at 9pm that my son has a minor-mid level reaction to bee stings. Found this location from my insurance card & quickly drove there before they closed. The staff was 5 star & quality of care was great! From front desk, to check in, the Dr., and check out, I’m super impressed. Definitely will be returning if I ever need urgent care for my kids in the future!

A health concern with my daughter came about this evening at around 8pm, we were able to schedule an appointment for 9pm, that right there is amazing! The ease of the online scheduling was a breeze, when we arrived, the young lady at check in was super pleasant, once we were called back, the nurse was amazing and had an excellent bed side manner, then the PA came in and was very informative of what was going on, and made my daughter feel very good, bed side manner, the best!  I am beyond thankful and appreciative for the service received on a Friday night. Amazing job, keep up the good work Night Watch Pediatric Urgent Care Winchester!!
