Hello, The staff was very friendly and when I had an issue with my pharmacy the staff went out of their way to help me. Excellent care and so nice to be able to reach someone on the phone and not have to wait hours for someone to get back to you like other places .

From scheduling to the staff, I always receiver the upmost and professional service. The scheduling is fast and convenient. It is one of the few urgent cares that I trust for my family and myself.

Person answering phone walked me through making the virtual appt. Provider Catherine Tallant was wonderful in the face of technical difficulties with the virtual visit and in helping find a local 24 hr pharmacy.

Was charged for two visits when I only had one only getting one payment out of me ridiculous

I needed a prescription called into DC and the staff said they couldn’t because it was a different state (from Virginia). I am a RN so I understand licensing but this can be addressed and solved easily. Thank you

We waited almost 30min to be told in the first 30 seconds that we had to go to an in person urgent care center because the eye is difficult to diagnose via video. We still had to pay the copay. It was very frustrating.

I had to reschedule my appointment because the link never worked.  I waited an hour for a visit.   There was no check in. There was no staff. Dr. wanted me to come to them to provide a sample I told them they were 3 hours away so that wasn’t going to work. Still waiting for the RX to be called in….over an hour later. Very frustrating.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same date with NP Catherine Tallant. She was sweet very through and patient. She is one of the best NP 😉. Thanks for you excellent care. The Front desk lady Litzy was very sweet. Thank you Night Watch Urgent Care
