Walked in with fever, cough, body aches and sore throat. Front desk receptionist was lovely. Very friendly and upbeat. Nurse took vitals and tests for various things. Dr came in, looked in my ears (twice) and list my lungs and said they were clear (I could feel them rattling) then said I had a cold and to take Sudafed. If she bothered to look at my chart she would see I have high blood pressure. I mentioned it and she said ask pharmacist what I can take.  So I paid my $50 copay for what exactly?  Not a great experience this time but I have been there before with different results so I’ll go back.

Very rude staff since the staff has changed the Spanish speaking nurse couldn’t even make sense of her words. Low Quality staff forgot to take my sore throat test on my visit a day before when i called back that I’m in pain they asked me to come back with out any charge , when i reached here it comes a rn yelling we r not doing this again u must conduct a new visit n pay . I was like really it’s your fault u missed it she s like ok im not arguing with you. What the hell .  They r mean n rude to patients . So finally I ended up in ER without them giving me any thing it was pneumonia got steroids n antibiotics. As the new nurse who did know any shit said my lungs r clear. So please don’t waste time n money here.

The nurse practitioner didn’t even take my temperature or administer a Covid or flu test.  Subpar care was provided.  I rarely go to the dr when I’m sick and am feeling terrible.  Useless visit.

I’ve been here a few times and was always satisfied. However the nurse practitioner today was a rush job. She never checked my throat or my glands and was not personal or friendly.  No bedside manner. I hope I don’t get her again in the future.

I had visited Night Watch before with my daughter, but after unsuccessfully trying to schedule a sick visit with my PCP, I am so glad I came here as an adult. They were kind, quick and efficient. They listened to all my symptoms, quickly made a diagnosis and had me home with a prescription within an hour. They’ve texted and checked in on me twice in the past 24 hours. I feel more cared for than I did by my regular doctor. I will return here anytime I am sick from now on! Thank you!

Went for pimple turned out infected abscess, doctor suggested to cut , but it was not fully drained , I asked and she mentioned it should be ok , today 24 hours later I see same huge cyst with lots of pus. Called urgent care and informed that it looks same and pain is there , they say you can come but they will consider fresh visit and I have to pay again , not fair , completely unprofessional

My 16 year old son had been sick with a fever for five days over Christmas break. The scheduling was fast and easy with our previous information saved so I could get on and off the computer fast, I have a of kids so anything to save time is important to me. We got in the same day with many appointment times to choose from. The receptionist was talkative and kind, we were taken back quickly. We saw a physicians assistant and she was amazing, she took her time and answered my many questions, she explained everything and was very sensitive and validating to my son and I. She called in his antibiotic and we were in and out in less than thirty minutes.  Such a blessing!  I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.  Very grateful!

I would not recommend. I came in because my face was swollen from what I believe is a sinus infection. The practitioner came in for 5 mins and said I should go to the ER first because it could be anything. So like what was my point in paying you 60 for nothing. I will never go back there again and do not recommend at all. The America's health care industry sucks
