The front desk person I believe her name was Amanda or Andrea was very sweet. We came in with my granddaughter. My granddaughter was very upset. She asked what her favorite character was and proceeded  to print out baby shark picture and Gave her crayons. The hcp came in and didn’t even introduce herself. Proceeded to examine her and did not what so ever have a good bedside manner. When I asked if she checked her lungs she said she did. I didn’t see her do it. She said she did it while we were talking. She needs to have a better beside manner

Was disappointed not having a physician to attend and no blood work facility to do the necessary tests. I won’t be visiting this facility given a choice

Took my daughter in with sore throat and phlegm/mucus. Just wanted to eliminate flu, covid, bronchitis, etc. Got in right away and all staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend, especially on weekends when doctor’s offices are closed.

The staff and the PA-C were friendly and professional. Some of the information documented in the Summary of My Visit document is not correct and may be misleading. (1) The Summary of My visit documents  that weight was not taken because I declined. However, the nurse never asked me to have my weight taken. Additionally, some of the summary notes were written in generic terms for a child patient who was brought into urgent care by their parents. Eg “You or your child may need medicine to stop the cough”; “Watching and waiting for 2-3 days to see if your child needs antibiotics gives the immune system…”. “If your child’s symptoms don’t improve…”. “Your child’s healthcare provider may prescribe..,”. Your child may recover on their own….”. “However, PT’s parents prefer treatment at this time, thus…”.

I came in with major respiratory issues and the staff was outstanding. From start to finish they did a great job diagnosing the issue and putting a treatment plan in place. Everyone was thorough and had a great attention to detail. I appreciate the professionalism everyone displayed, not just to me but the other patients who were there as well.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. If there were a negative rating option, I would have chosen that.
