NP not able to diagnose my daughter with pneumonia- she listened to her lungs through her sweatshirt. Both the NP and nurse spoke to me rather than my daughter, it seemed like they didn’t really know how to work with kids. I took my daughter to the pediatrician right after we left the urgent care, and they diagnosed pneumonia right away based on her lung sounds. Would not recommend this urgent care unless it’s your only option.

Dr.Kat was very compassionate and had excellent bedside manners. I am very grateful to the entire staff for helping me. I am very happy I found this clinic and they were open on a holiday

Staff Gloria, Amanda and Wendy were super professional, friendly and considerate. I woke up feeling horrible and these ladies made feel better with their positivity. I appreciate this clinic and fully recommend it to anyone who wants a cure for a rapid illness! Happy new year to these amazing ladies and to everyone.

Left CT with a somewhat red eye the 23rd, arriving in VA that evening with family reunion and Christmas Eve plans the next day. Bought over the counter eye drops that did nothing to alleviate the redness which became worse and had spread to both eyes, which had begun to exude stickiness and were itching badly. Finally visited Night Watch the 26th, and within a half an hour was able to be seen tested and prescribed eye drops in case the problem was bacterial. The entire staff were lovely, professional and caring.  I would absolutely recommend being seen there.

Fast service. Tech made things fast, star made me comfortable and nurse was fast, accurate while doctor very instinct driven and got us out in 19 mins. Even went over next steps and what to look out for. I feel I should have wore a mask, so. I apologize. But I was I was super happy <3 - my kid felt at ease and that means the world ! Thank you.

We had a very good experience again at Nightwatch. My daughter’s temperature read low because she had been drinking ice water before our appointment so perhaps make that a question during intake. It happened for both of her appointments so I was aware of it.  Thank you again!

Quick and easy. They diagnosed the problem and referred me to a 24 hour pharmacy. Got help right away.

Our daughter had sore throat, fever, and cough that progressed throughout the week. We brought her in for diagnosis and yet again were impressed and grateful for the excellent care. Scheduling is easy and we didn’t wait more than 10 minutes for care. Thank you!
