This was the worst appointment , literally waiting 45 minutes for a pricier to come in for 3 minutes advising of a fracture and to go somewhere else .  Very disappointing and unprofessional provost wont recommend or return .

All of the staff and Physician Assistant were professional, efficient, friendly, and kind

Son had sore throat and fever starting Friday night and into Saturday. Was able to book an appointment Saturday night for Sunday morning. This is our third or fourth visit here over the past few years and we have never been disappointed in the care we receive. Staff is always friendly and the providers are great. Meds were sent to our pharmacy while we were still there and I picked them up later Sunday afternoon. Thank you for taking great care of our family!

Charmaine was amazing.  We have seen her several times and I would go back just for her!   Thank you! Receptionist and nurse were very friendly as well!

The doctor that he sees was very patient with him. My son is autistic so she knew how to handle him. He let her examine him wasn’t too much of a problem. I loved her bedside manner with him very professional very nurturing very caring.

I had a scheduled appointment for 1pm that I made online same day. I arrived on time, Dr assistant took me 10 mins after. She proceeded to check my vitals and then left the room, stating the Dr would see me shortly. Shortly turned into over 45 minutes of me waiting in the room by myself. I even walked outside my room to check with other staff on the wait time and I’ll I got back was “she will be in there shortly” now I understand things happen and delays are a thing I get that, but waiting this long for something small and simple should not be a thing. The Dr finally came in and talked to me and we talked about putting in a proscription. She said she will be right back to see if she can find cheaper medicine. She never came back, another 15 minutes went by and I had to flag down another assistant who said the Dr put in the order and she gave me my release papers. Why the Dr never came back and checked in on me is beyond me. The staff were very nice, I don’t want to dog anyone, but the wait time and the attentiveness was just not there and I most likely will not be back to this urgent care.

Great service!  Dr Charmaine was great, very careful when she was checking my grandson.

After we were turned away at a different night time urgent care with a ten month old who had hit his head, we were welcomed at Night Watch, even though they were so close to closing time. As panicked first time parents, they treated us with kindness and made sure our little guy was seen and examined. Everyone with whom we interacted was patient and polite, as well as reassuring. I am so thankful to them!

I woke up with a fever, headache, and my asthma not being controlled by my inhaler. I walked in at 1:30 and was on my way out before 3:00. The receptionist, nurse, and NP Amanda were kind, informative, and caring.
