We called about 2 hours before they were closing. Wendy asked the MP, Amanda, if she could stitch up my leg since I didn't want to go into the emergency room and wait all night. Amanda agreed and did an absolutely amazing job seeing my leg up. The front office staff Wendy, the two nurses who took care of me and Amanda made it the absolutely best experience considering the experience. Thank you!

The front desk lady was super nice. The doctor was completely rude and was questioning why I haven’t taken medication for a month when I’ve come back because of an infection that was never gone due to the lack of care they have given me. I thought this place was great at first but the encounter with the doctor today was unbelievable. I’ll also mention that she gave me no advice on how to care for my illness but said an antibiotic is ready and stormed out of the room without letting me ask questions. No doctor should be allowed to treat patients this way nor should they storm out without saying anything. This review won’t be the only thing I’ll be leaving- I will be complaining to the higher ups.

My family was visiting from out of town for Christmas when my son was showing worsening lingering symptoms from his walking pneumonia diagnosis (from 3 weeks ago). He had also been pulling his ears and crying “mama ears.” After reporting all of this and a brief exam, the doctor told us he just needed “time and Tylenol” to which I replied, “he’s had.” She could tell I was unhappy when I continued to advocate for his healthcare. Only then was I offered ear drops and a nasal swab which ended up coming back positive for the following: COVID, adenovirus, moraxella catarrhalis, and haemophilus influenzae. We were obviously prescribed antibiotics following these results but if it weren’t for me advocating we wouldn’t even have these results. And we were visiting from out of town. Concerned for others’ quality of care. Don’t be afraid to advocate for your health- you are the only one who can!

Every time my daughter gets sick, I always bring her here. It is very easy to schedule an appointment, and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place; I even recommended it to my sister.

Scheduling an appointment online was super easy.  We choose night watch for our children on weekends when our pediatricians office is closed. We’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always so calm and kind.
