I was able to book appointment on phone. But it wasn’t of any use I waited 30 minutes after appointment time. Once I was done they told me to wait in the room while they are printing the visit summary for me. I waited for 25 minutes and no one showed up to give the visit summary then I went out of the room and asked one of the nurses. She checked in the system and printed the summary and told me that now I can leave. But the person who was with doctor was so incompetent she didn’t know first how to use the system and later on just went to other rooms to check on other patients and totally forgot to complete her task.

I didn’t have anyone before me but nurse who escorted me to the room told me that there are two people ahead of me. I ended up waiting for almost 40 mins. The nurse didn’t take my temperature or weight and put down on paper that I declined, which is not true. Then the NP came in and I wasn’t told that it will be NP and not an MD. She then basically let me pick whether I needed antiviral pill or cream. I thought she was the “expert” and not me. At the end of the day she called in both meds.

The place was empty but we still had to wait 90 minutes to be seen by someone and she wasn't even a doctor. Fortunately for you guys every urgent care place had the same lack of concern for their clients' time and health. I'm just glad there wasn't an actual urgent need to be seen.
