Scheduling & availability was amazing but the wait was 1hr past my appointment. When I got seen the MA was the sweetest. The provider saw my child & was treated accordingly. I asked her to please send the rx to the pharmacy and stated all pharmacies are closed & would be better to look for a pharmacy. I informed her I was not from the area & would like the rx to be electronically sent to my pharmacy that closed a lot later than most pharmacies. She began to tell me I was not listening to her & was going to give me a paper rx. I once again told her to please send the rx electronically since I wouldn’t need to wait for the rx to be filled because I would make it on time to my pharmacy. She began to raise her voice telling me again that it would be better to go to a pharmacy. It was 9:15 by the time she finally told the front desk to just send my rx electronically. I arrived to my pharmacy before the time they closed and was able to begin my child’s treatment.

My son had a temperature of over 100 degrees, by his symptoms I knew he had the flu. We made an appointment at 6:48 and was not seen for nearly an hour. The nurse was coughing, did not wear gloves and could not pronounce acetaminophen correctly. She did not administer either of the three test correctly which were Strept, flu and covid.  The doctor came in and had the charts for another patient, but she was kind enough just to ask what was going on instead of leaving. Due to fever and symptoms she said it would most likely be the flu.  The nurse administered the test and specifically said the swab did not have to go too far up my son’s nose and put the swabs back in their packaging after the test.  Doctor came back 15 mins later and said all 3 teat came back negative but she was certain he had the flu and prescribed flu medicine.  I do want to note that staff was very polite, just not a great experience.

Dr. Seema was amazing and very professional and the nurse. My daughters love her.

My son was sick took him in, he wasn’t feeling good, the nurse assistant when we she walked in and took his vitals my son threw a tantrum as she was walking out, to her area i saw she was in FaceTime with someone and that person was laughing im assuming because of the tantrum my son was throwing. But I thought was very unprofessional from her part, she wasn’t very customer service like nor friendly like you would expect one of the assistants to be. Then the nurse practitioner came in she only heard his lungs she didn’t do any flu or covid nor strep test nor check his throat and quickly diagnosed my son with croup cough. I didn’t receive any documents when I checked out or anything. I really thought this place was going to be as friendly and efficient as the one off of westheimer. First and last time I come here. Please skip coming here and go to the one off of westheimer

My son had been sick for 3 days, he tested negative for everything when we saw his PCP. I was able to get him checked in, tested, seen (thoroughly) and discharged in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend! As a working parent I found it very convenient that I was able to get my child an appointment past 7 PM (due to work.)

Absolutely do not bring your child here. The "doctor" was HORRIBLE and frankly a complete jerk. She refused to listen to anything, refused to provide the antibiotic we needed and refused to acknowledge the medical history, and had the audacity to say he's fine despite clear symptoms that are consistent with infections he's had in the past. I've been through enough viruses and bacterial infections with him, and medical training myself to know when my child needs an antibiotic and when it's just an annoying virus to wait out. If you're looking for a doctor who is educated enough to know that an antibiotic is not "unsafe medicine" look elsewhere. A doctor who is educated period and understands symptoms and what they indicate. The absolute worst, nonsensical, and incredibly rude medical encounter I think I've ever experienced.

Not happy at all with nurse.  She is vey rude doing strep test. Make kids cry.  Happened with my 12 years old kid and happened the same with my daughter months ago.  She is not gentle at all doing her job.  I always go to that place when my kids get sick but I’m thinking on never go back to that place again because her.

Son cut his forehead open at the park and we rushed him over to this location.  Check in took a little bit but everyone was friendly, efficient, and delivered first class service.  I would highly recommend this place for urgent care for kid’s needs!
