What patients are saying...

I visited this clinic with my 18-month-old in severe pain and distress. A new nurse or NP (whom I’ve never seen before) walked in and asked me to repeat every single symptom, even though I had just gone through them with the assistant who documented everything. Meanwhile, my child was screaming in my arms, yet instead of taking a moment to review the notes and enter with some background knowledge, she stood there blankly, making the situation even more stressful. To make matters worse, her main concern seemed to be protecting herself rather than treating her patient. She stood on the opposite side of the room the entire time, covering her mouth with her mask as if she was more worried about catching something than actually helping my child. I have never in my life witnessed something like this. If a healthcare provider is too afraid to interact with a potentially contagious patient, they should not be working in a clinical setting. On top of that, I could barely hear anything she was saying because she was mumbling from under her mask while my child was screaming in pain in my ear. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself, which only made an already stressful situation even worse—especially since all her questions had already been answered and noted by the assistant. And then—she completely misdiagnosed my child despite me describing all the classic symptoms, showing pictures of the rash, and explaining the fever. Her response? A shrug and “I don’t know what to tell you.” That’s it. No effort to investigate further, no concern for my child’s suffering. Four days later, I find out my baby has chickenpox. A textbook case that any competent provider should have caught. I feel awful for not realizing it sooner, but I’m not the medical professional here—she is. If she had taken a moment to actually assess the symptoms rather than dismissing us while keeping her distance and mumbling through a mask, my child could have received proper care sooner. I’m beyond disappointed and angry at the lack of professionalism, critical thinking, and basic empathy shown during our visit. If you’re bringing your child here, be prepared to advocate HARD for them—because clearly, some of the staff won’t.

Unhappy with guidance given and level of detail for care provided. We spent a long time in urgent care, with an appointment, to be told to keep taking the medicine that is causing an allergic reaction and deal with the itchiness and discomfort due to the allergy. Not sure how my child is to reasonably get by with this.

Been fighting off upper respiratory symptoms for over 3 weeks. Decided I wasn't getting any better. Easily made an appointment for that day. Front desk staff, intake and practioner were all friendly and professional. I was in and out with meds waiting at my local pharmacy in quick time.

Been dealing with back pain for a couple of days. After a sleepless night I decided to make an appointment and get some help. Scheduling online was easy, especially since I already had a profile set up. Every team member on staff was friendly, had a great bedside manner and are very professional. I am confident in their guidance. I have brought my kids before and will come back anytime I/we need medical help and are unable to get in to see our physician, i.e., on the weekend. I would definitely recommend using them if the need arises.

This was my first visit to Night Watch Urgent Care and I was very pleased. The staff members were very nice and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the PA. If you live in the area and need an urgent care after hours, I recommend this location.

I came in to Urgent care by the request of my chiropatric. I have been suffering with ACUTE PAIN in my shoulder. I was put in a room and then the Pa came by and told me she can’t help me that I should go to er. But I had already been waiting for help with my pain all day !!! I left ur office at 8:30 and was not offered ANY HELP AT ALL!!! None !!! I was forced to leave in pain !!! How f heartless! This American system is GROSS!!! I have been in acute pain  for hours and days and I wasn’t even offered an aspirin.  I was told to go to Er because my blood pressure was elevated! Well anyone’s blood pressure would be elevated if they were in PAIN, tired, hungry and exhausted from waiting for HELP!  No one helped me !!!  I was made to sit and wait and they offered me ZERO RELIEF OR COMPASSION THAT I WAS IN PAIN!!!!  How do u have people working in the medical care system lacking any and all sort of compassion for ur patients who come to have help offered NOT WAITING TO DO NOTHING !  TO OFFER NOTHING in help or service!!!  That is so cruel !  But everyone got their money yes?  Everyone got the info and paperwork completed to make sure you can CHARGR THE SYSTEM SO YOU GET YOUR CUT!  The customer STILL AFTER 6hours of sitting waiting for medical relief  i was then told to go some where else!  Gross !!!  You guys know off the rip if u can’t help someone. U just make sure u can run the system for charges so you get paid and then run along the people out the door without offering any help to them.  It’s Gross!  I waited for help! I was in acute pain!  Honestly , I hope that u don’t end up in pain and have nowhere to go to have someone have a smidge of compassion for you!  This experience was awful!  The PA. Told me she could not help me cause of my elevated blood pressure and I’m like IM IN PAIN ! I’m hungry! I’m hurting ! I have been waiting for help for hours … WOULDN'T THAT BE A TINY REASON FOR HAVING MY BLOOD PRESSURE ELEVATED????  Duhhhhhhhh!!!!  But as long as everyone got their monies, paperwork and people to bill for help that was never rendered. Compassion that was never extended.  In good conscience I have no idea how anyone goes home at night knowing they treat people like cattle and offer no aide !  It’s Gross!  I pray that you get to walk 1000miles in the steps of others so you know what it’s like to be in pain, need help and have no one with a medical license/degree that can help you!  Gross !

The appointment went well.  PA asked whether I had a medical condition which I have never had which she asked again and I replied, you just asked me that and I said I have never had that condition.  The unfortunate fact is that she documented I’ve had the condition on my discharge notes.  Shame on her limited listening skills.  The take away from my visit is for the PA to do better, chart accurate facts and hear the patient!!

My toddler has been sick with vomiting, fever and diarrhea. They were professional, patient and took good care of her. Even following up afterwards. There was a sweet dog in the office and my daughter was so happy about that!
