I had a sore throat, nasal congestion with asthma. It was easy to schedule and I was out of the office less than 20 min with my medications being processed to pick up. Alicia was attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back and recommend to come it for urgent needs!

Care was excellent, scheduling was also great. There was no wait time as soon as I walked in I was taken care of. The woman, I don’t remember her name but she was great, I would recommend her for sure

The doctor here is a great man. He prescribed me great medicine to help with my pain. I no longer have pain and it’s only been a day. Thanks, Doc. See you again soon

Arrived a few mins early I had  already checked in online. The Reception was very rude didn’t greet immediately said have a seat I’ll be with you in a min ( that was ok) but she was very high tone rude advice me I needed to fill out a form I explained I was already logged in and checked in online she repeated online was for only new  patient, I advise her. It wasn’t that I was there previous and did not have to fill out the paper on the clipboard. She went back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth, which I thought at some point the respectful thing to do as a receptionist it’s not to say anything else she went on to saying she’s doing the job. Her boss pays her to do unnecessary. I get it, first time I’ve ever had a bad encounter. She was very rude for no reason the doctor and the staff in the back are always wonderful. I appreciate them.  fyi once you’ve been to urgent care that particular urgent care when you go online to schedule an appointment and put your phone number in all of your information comes up the pharmacy everything so there’s no need and there was not a need to fill out that paper on the clipboard which I’ve never had to do as long as I made and checked in my appointment online, but she was not trying to hear anything .

Everything was fantastic!!! The provider was great. She listened with her ears and not her mouth.

Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Very quick to see doctor and thorough.

It was my first time at this place. Making and appointment and checking in was very smooth. The place is very clean. I love that they have the clean & dirty pens bin lol The staff were very friendly and nice. The PA was amazing he asked questions and listened to all my concerns. I would come back here next time. I definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately I woke up feeling unwell and took my temperature at home which was 101.6 I had a bad sore throat and terrible neck pain from swollen lymph nodes. When I was assessed, I told the woman I had a fever when I took my temperature at home and she said “you don’t have a fever.” They tested me for strep and it came back negative, and advised me I was fine and just to take tylenol. I knew that there was something wrong with my body so I visited another urgent care center. My fever came back as 102.7 and I tested positive for strep throat (they also took covid and flu tests as well, and offered me Tylenol on the spot because of how high my fever was). I will not be returning to NJ Doctors Urgent Care in Nutley. A few months back, I also visited this location saying I was almost positive I had covid and asked for a covid test. The girl who was assessing me told me my symptoms sounded like a common cold and I was jumping the gun. The covid test ended up coming back POSITIVE. I will not be returning to this location.

Overall the staff (CNA/CMAs) was very kind. However, my experience with the provider was not so great. I wouldn’t even be able to tell you his name or title because he never introduced himself—he only addressed one of my symptoms rather than looking from a wholistic standpoint.
