Very easy. Felt sick scheduled online and within an hour I was inside and being attended.  Front desk ladies were very kind.

The receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Very short with her responses.

Staff was great. Very friendly and patient. Very considerate with my daughter especially when she was very nervous

I found this place online and it's so close to home. It's clean, spacious, and I didn't wait long. The doctor was precise and accurate. He prescribed me medicine and noted not to go to work for a few days. The front desk ladies are friendly and hardworking. This place and workers are highly recommended.

Didn’t feel well stayed home from work google urgent care near me schedule and appointment with NJU CARE which was very easy. Got to my appointment went right in. Took a few test, exam by Dr. Meds sent to pharmacy all done in about 30mins. Receptionist and Dr was very professional and friendly. The next day Dr called me with results and ask how I was feeling. Glad I went there instead of emergency room.

Dealing with a bad cough. Concerned that it might be pneumonia. Received prescription for meds and a script for an xray to be sure. Staff very friendly. Facility neat and clean. Very pleased

The wait time was little to nothing. I was in the back and the nurse as well as doctor came in right after. I went around 6:50 pm so the office was empty and I was in and out. The doctor was helpful, he listened and made sure I left with no further questions.  Ultimately I’m satisfied, I’ll definitely go there and recommend their services.

I scheduled a 7:45 appointment because that was one of the slots they had. As soon as I made the appointment, I received a phone call asking if I could come in at 7:30 instead. I was told this is because they like to have the last appointment in by 7:30 because visits are 30 mins long. I arrived at 7:37 and being the only person there was told to go into room one where the lights were off. They were upset that I was there even though they are opened until 8. The medical assistant was nice and took vitals. The doctor came in at 7:41 and asked what was wrong. I told him I’m wheezing and have a bad cough. I had my fleece jacket on and he listened to my chest with my coat on and said my lungs are clear? The receptionist are talking to each other and because everything is off in the room, we can hear everything. How can he hear my chest clearly with my coat and them talking? Then he said maybe it’s allergies or asthma? Wtf? I said no it’s bronchitis, I had it several times. He seemed annoyed that I said that and said well I’ll prescribe steroids and a cough medicine. He left the room 2 mins later. Then oh wait take a Covid test, the medical assistant comes in and I swab myself, she like the test takes ten mins for results. Okay no problem, then the other receptionist comes back literally 2 mins later okay your negative, you can go. She kept asking what pharmacy I used and then asked me if I could look it up. I told you three times, maybe if you take the AirPod out your ear, you would hear me. The best they never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. It’s okay, the good thing about underestimating people is you never know who they know. I will never go back and will literally tell everyone about them. The only thing positive was wait time, my total time there was 11 mins, haha! I will now only go back to city md or afc

I made 10:15am appoinment for a sore throat. I got there about 5 min early. They swabbed me for strep and also did bloodwork at my request. I was out of there by 10:35. Everyone was nice and professional. The girl who drew my blood was awesome. Can’t remember her name. A great overall experience
