Highly recommend! The doctor was great, didn't rush us at all. It was so nice not having to drag 2 sick kids out of the house. I truly am amazed at how easy this was. Scheduling was easy, immediate appointments available, zero wait time when we logged on for our appointment.

Glad the provider advised us to go to urgent care for physical examination as we did and found out the baby had pneumonia. That was critical finding and we got the right antibiotics.  Thank you for a very important advise .. we didn’t go same day but next day morning . Now looking back we should have gone right away after he suggested we go to urgent care

I was quite frustrated during my video call appointment. The primary reason for my visit was to address a recurring problem I’ve been experiencing with my contact lenses in the past and the easiest way to donit is by video call. However, the physician assistant (PA) who attended to me seemed disinterested and unhelpful. He appeared to be in a bad mood right from the start and seemed reluctant to work. If this PA is unhappy working on Sundays, perhaps he could be scheduled to work during the week instead. It’s important to recognize that people need medical assistance on weekends as well.

Even though this is a telemed appt I feel the bedside manner is incredibly good. I felt comfortable and listened to and time was taken to answer my questions and be sure I understood things. I appreciate that. Concerns even concerns other than my original reason for the appt were addressed and I feel truly taken care of. I recommend this practice for anyone, but especially those that are nervous or unable to make it to a doctor IRL. Thank you NJUcare telemed!

I had to cancel my appointment I made the other day but later when I realized I could still make an appointment I went to rebook. I scheduled via Solv app at 6:18pm and got an appointment for 6:40pm. Che kin and online paperwork was very easy, especially because once you do the paperwork once, it saves and fills that info into forms for you. The doctor was really great. I was embarrassed to talk about weight but he was very easy to talk with. I felt heard and felt he informed me of my options and next steps. I would def recommend.

My 85 year old father is disabled , and I was able to do a tele-zoom appointment with the PA. Thank you .

This was my first time actually going inside. I'd had a tele med but but because of my complaint it was suggested I be seen in person.
