After waiting a hour in my car for my second vaccine I called just to find out how much longer it might be. The doctor answered the phone and stated my calling was just making it take longer and I could go somewhere else if I wanted. Since it is so busy with all the shots they may want to add more staff or set apts. At the very least work on their bedside manner.

I called the day before to arrange to take a COVID-19 test. I was told that the clinic opened at 8:00 a.m. I arrived at the clinic the next morning at 7:50a.m. The Dr.did not open until 8:25 a.m. RED FLAG #1. 2 people showed up to receive some kind of test results but the clinic was closed. RED FLAG #2. The physician was quick to perform the COVID test and I was finished. 3 days later I asked the clinic to fax the results of the test to an authorize agency. The agency informed me that they had not received the fax. I called the clinic and spoke to the physician and he told me he faxed it and that he would not fax it again because of HIIPPA LAWS.

I've been patronizing this urgent care for some time. My first horrible experience arose when I was misdiagnosed on a rather simple exam. I was pissed. I blamed the incompetence of the that individual not the clinic itself. Second horrible experience...I arrived and noticed all new staff. No problem so this doctor ask if I wanted to get tested for things that my symptoms does not point to and I was upset!!!! As a black woman I was stereotyped and when I asked him does my symptoms indicate such he said no and laughed but we test for that. Goes to show he labeled me as well. Doesn't know my educational status nor level. What!!! Just because this place is in the heart of the "HOOD" doesn't mean all people are filthy, ignorant and disease infested but they judge accordingly. What those individuals don't know is that I'm VERY MUCH in tune with my history, education I can take my business elsewhere. The old staff was professional and courteous.
