Office staff is poor. I broke my back, called for a referral to Orthopedic, went in for an appointment, called 2 more times. I'm on day 12 and no referral yet I was told it's in the Dr.s box.

The admin staff can be frustrating. If you call and leave a message you might get a call back the next day. I've also gotten misinformed by office staff after a recent injury and had to go to another facility for minor treatment.

I cannot stress enough how bad this clinic is in trying to get information and an appointment. 1 No one answers the phone. 2 The staff is not knowledgeable about what insurances they will accept. 3 I tried to get appointment but wanted to verify if my insurance is accepted...Literally no one knew. 4 The staff was rude after 4 tries getting someone to answer the phone. 5 When someone finally answered I was told to call back the next day to get the information I wanted. 6 I called back the next day...After 3 tries someone answered and I was told it was a nurse who answered the day before and "the nurses don't know what they're talking about". 5 My insurance company had to call 3 times to get an answer and still no one knew. I feel like I'm dodging a bullet by not getting an appointment with this outfit. Unfortunately my former PCP has transferred there and will have to give up continuing to see her.

I had a fabulous can experience… I’ve never been here before, the front desk gentleman was very friendly and patient… Turns out I had a sinus Infection in PA John was able to hone in on it right away and gave me a prescription… I was in and out within an hour! These guys are great!

Had 11am appointment and PA Jessica was 30 minutes running behind. Receptionist told me at 1109am. This clinic is so unorganized.

Clinic made me an appointment to see Doc Wine for the result of my MRI. They called me 8 hours before my appointment to cancel. No one really called me for the result and I’ve been in pain. Today(01/02/19), I dropped by to see if I could find out the result but no nurse was available after the receptionist asked me to wait(waited 5 minutes). I hate wasting my time. So my next question was: can I have blood works before my appointment -annual check up- on Friday-01/04/19?the receptionist said no. My purpose: to find out the result at the time of appointment. But I guess, they want me to make another appointment just to find out the result so they can make more money. Very unprofessional staff and inconvenient.
