If you care about your health care or that of your loved ones PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely horrible experience. We went here because my wife was cooking stew in the Instapot and opened it before the pressure had gone down. She was showered in boiling stew and got immediate 1st and 2nd degree burns on much of her body. We rushed over to North Memorial Urgency Center and walked in at 7:54 pm and there was no one waiting in the waiting room (they close at 8pm apparently). Front desk woman wasn’t wearing a mask and had a huge eye roll when WE greeted her as she looked at the lower right-hand corner of her computer screen (must have been watching the clock I’m guessing). We continued to wait at the counter while she stared at her computer screen. She acknowledged us 7:57 (playing a game on the computer perhaps??) A woman with a vacuum on her back emerged from behind the Urgent Care doors (no mask either) and started vacuuming the lobby. Front desk woman finished checking us in and they took my wife back at 8:02. I went out to wait in the main lobby. My wife emerged at 8:09. She said the Dr. came in before the nurse had even finished taking her vitals. He spent less than 2 minutes with my wife looking at the burns on her right arm, left hand, chest, abdomen and left leg, wrote her a script for the pain and was out the door. Afterward, the nurse came in and was very empathetic and told my wife where to go for additional treatment in a few days for follow up. (Not sure what to follow up on since no medical care was provided.) My wife had a medication question that the nurse couldn’t answer so the nurse went to find the doctor. She couldn’t find him (not sure how you can’t find him, it’s not that big of a place, either he got lost or he left…) They didn’t put anything on the wounds, didn’t wrap them and didn’t provide any real medical care, what kind of a care facility is this?? In and out in 15 minutes or less, classic Treat ‘em and Street ‘em, I’ve waited longer for my food at McDonalds. To the doctor who helped us on 1-20-21 around 8pm, it’s obvious from the level of care you provided my wife that you do not care about the people you see only the numbers of people you see. Please choose another line of work, you should not be in medicine. I would sue you for malpractice but the case would be thrown out for lack of evidence since you didn’t actually practice medicine. To the clinic manager, since your clinic did not provide medical care does that mean you won’t be billing me?? To anyone needing any type of medical treatment, please, please, please do not go here….

Went here because it was closest to home and my son was having an asthma attack, having trouble breathing. The desk clerk let them know what were there for and we were told to sit and wait and wait. I inquired again with no help At least 25 min. we left to go somewhere else for help. All he would have needed was to get started with some albuterol while we waited!!! Terrible just terrible!!!!!!!!!
