First appointment was changed by service 2?d appointment waited last time no big deal ROSIE was super nice and said prescription would be called in however 3 hours later no prescription and as I was calling number text message came through with an invoice to pay my insurance however pays 100%percemt no co pay no deductible and got a message stating they needed again my insurance information after they have already done visit so now its 4 and will have to go to er or find another doctor

They sent me a message with the visit fee and I replied that I have insurance and I have provided all the information during the booking process. No one replied. I texted them again asking whether they will change the insurance or not. They didn’t respond either!

The doctor at the Allen Texas location was very friendly and helpful. He really listened to my issues and really wanted to help me. He actually listened and cared about me as a patient in what I felt was best for me.
