Checkin is quick. I had made appointment online, and once I finished paperwork, was called in. Staff is well coordinated, professional, and practiced in therapeutic communication. It's a nice calm environment with comfortable waiting room and procedure rooms. The physician I met with built trust quickly. He was thorough and exact, went over diagnosis to be ruled out, ordered tests after examination, explained everything. He was very kind throughout and didn't rush. Bonus: They have digital x-ray technology right there in the clinic.

The staff listened to me and based off of my experience with cellulitis prescribed the appropriate medication. Also provided a letter of negative COVID to return to Macomb County government grant with either robotics tech or dental assistant and knew with my word, I know myself best. I am sorry I parked where I did for over fifteen minutes. The service I received despite the two radio station interruptions was professional and with the distraction of my toddler appropriate. I also updated them on the availability of the Omni Ron variant ba#.# that they were not aware of, and as a human being hope that it was a step towards healing they were able to provide to another person in my absence until my bacterial infection following omicron (legalinc.com, their fault) heals.
