Long wait to check in.  Chatter at window.  Assistant taking stats using a post-it note. No bedside mannner.  PA was way better and explained what we need to do.

Doctor made me feel I was wasting her time. Didn’t listen to what I was trying to say, spoke over me a couple of times. Then showed where the door was so I could leave. Mind you this is the offices where I go all the time to see my primary care doctor.

Check in went so smooth. Even with my late appointment I didn’t feel like an inconvenience. The nurse was incredible and took the time to listen to me and have an understanding of my issues. The doctor was also helpful and did address the issue I came in with. She showed concern over me not yet having a family doctor which she also provided me with several options and places to try who might have immediate availability.

Your site was not user friendly. Tried several times to hook appnt. Gave up and called no on screen.  Very nice! Understanding lady helped and was scheduled for that very morning.

Pretty quick and easy. I love how they don't over book.

Woke up in the am with another sore throat and knew strep was back. Easy to schedule appointment. Jenn, PA, was very attentive and caring. The only suggestion I would make is that you create a separate check in method for those with appointments as I had to stand in line with people who didn’t have appointments which had me checking in past my appointment time and I had arrived 10 mins early!

I went here because it was so great the last time. Even though I had an appt they took a walk in that came after me first. I was upset and questioned them. Instead of an apology and acknowledgement they were dismissive. I filled out paperwork on line and provided pharmacy. She asked again when I got there. They sent to the wrong pharmacy. When I called she said I'll send them a message. They are in the same place walk over and tell them. The MA want very pleasant.

The MA that helped me was very professional and helpful. Was interested in my well being. Thanks you.

I saw Abbie S. A Physicians Assistant. She basically told me what I already suspected. A waste of $50.
