I called about 9AM to schedule an urgent care visit. It took awhile to get scheduled. However, the scheduler was very pleasant. My time was 3PM today. When I got to urgent care on Kietzke, my appointment couldn’t be found.  I waited about 40 minutes and was able to see a provider. Each person I spoke with was kind and caring. I’m just confused as to why appointment wasn’t found. I would definitely recommend Nortern Nevada!!

Being ill with a bad sore throat, cough and fever, I had a difficult time finding the Solv scheduling website in the middle of the night. I searched my HMO’s website, urgent care centers near me, and the location of my primary care physician knowing I’d been to an Urgent Care center near their office in the past. Forty minutes later, I found a link to scheduling. It could have been my browser, internet speed, and all that user error stuff, but I was sick, exhausted and could have walked there faster.

The medical staff and personnel are so friendly except the urgent care receptionist. I have visited multiple times with my children and we love Jackie. This is our second encounter with another staff member at check in and both times were not very pleasant. She doesn’t seem happy to be at her job and it overflows into her customer care. We as patients visiting Urgent Care are usually not at our best as well and the last thing we should be greeted with is a poor attitude.
