We called and told them that my son had a large hook stuck on his thumb and that we were almost there, the office assistant on the phone said that she couldn't hold the door open, the close at 8pm. We arrived at 7:59pm and knocked on the locked door. The off ice assistant came out and said, " sorry, it is 8pm by her watch, I told her that wasn't true but she insisted she was right and promptly denied us any service, never even telling us that just down the road on Cobb are multiple urgent cares open until later 9 and 10pm. Ugly customer service and zero compassion for people. I do not recommend this provider.

This has always been my go to urgent care, until last week. I went in feeling miserable thinking I had strep or even covid. Instead of getting listened to, my ears looked at or any of what you get at the doctor, I got about a 15 minute lecture on why I need to get the covid vaccine. My strep and covid was negative and I was sent on my way with a packet of how if I went to a specific location I could get $100 for getting the vaccine. I had to go BACK to the doctor (different one) today and they treated me with an antibiotic and steroid. Going to that urgent care was a total waste of time and really unacceptable.

They do not take Veterans not even for a covid test. Profit before people. I would have left no stars because I was turned away but it won't let you post a no star review.

We use Northside Urgent care all time. Dr. Kuczmanski and all the nursing staff do an exceptional job identifying symptoms and do everything in their power to help you and your family members in all types of situations with health and minor issues. They are diligent in making sure they are specific to you it needs. If they can not or do not have access to Hospital equipment for more advanced screening they will recommend going to a specific type of Doctor for that care need. Great service always

If it is the peak of flu season why would you have only one doctor and one NP working? And let me ask you this. If you have a system in place to allow patients to come wait or sign up online for a later time, why is it when I got there I was told I’d have another two hour wait? I also heard the employees complain about CUSTOMERS...paying customers, asking about how much longer it would be. You are an urgent care! You have a system in place (that is constantly bragged upon) where paying customers can come in at a specified time only they have several hours of wait time. And you are pissed? This is ridiculous. Call me Karen but I’ll wear it proudly this time. Unacceptable. *i would have given a higher cleanliness if you hadn’t let kids keep running up to sticker/candy jar and keep putting their hands all in it, carry it around, etc. and this kid had the flu.

I took my daughter here because she thought she broke her toe. We waited about 5 minutes but there was only one other patient there. The staff was very friendly and we were in and out in under an hour with xrays.
