Booked appointment online with ease, but still had a wait time of an hour due to computer failure. Finally taken to a room and waited another 30 minutes before seeing a practitioner. Staff was not overly friendly. This was a much different experience than I have had in the past

Woke up this morning feeling terrible - sore throat, head ache, aches and pains. Was able to book an appointment on line. Was seen by staff all of whom were very courteous. No medications was prescribed since I was informed I had something viral in nature. Office visit went very smoothly.

This was a first time experience for me and the check-in process was convenient. I hardly had to wait to be seen, possibly since I made an on-line appointment. The staff was cordial, helpful and professional and was able to provide me with a script to start my medication within the 5-day window. The visit was covered by my insurance. I had a rash that appeared on my lower leg. I just kept getting larger and larger. I have no idea what it was. The staff here was so awesome. Professional yes, very friendly Sarah, my provider told me exactly what was wrong and prescribed an antibiotic. Sarah was great and I would go back to this office anytime for anything that was wrong. God bless them!
