When I went to bed last night my eye was very itchy. I went directly to the urgent care to have it checked out. I needed help signing in (I am not very good at it) so the girl did it for me. I was grateful. They took me earlier than my appointment. The Doctor was very nice and friendly. He said I have. Sty and called in a prescription for me. Very nice people work their. I will definitely go back there if I need to. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

My son was recommended to come back to have impacted earwax removed. He had some trauma to ear last week and Dr recommended a few days rest. The Doctor Who saw him last week,  and the nurse practitioner who saw him today were both absolutely amazing. Great work, Northwell! My son has autism and they could not have been any better or kinder. Bravo! The ease of appointment made things so much easier for us!!

I thought it odd that they refused to give me a Covid test because I told them I tested positive on my home test. They should’ve tested me anyway. I could’ve done it wrong? Wouldn’t of cost them Anything

Had issue with scheduling appointment online. After selecting time, it indicated it was no longer available so I picked another but it scheduled the original one as well. I did call office to advise what happened. No wait at all today. Med asst pleasant and efficient in getting background info. Dr Lennon is a pleasure. Attentive and thorough.

For someone with an appointment, an hour wait time is not OK. God help the people who are walk-ins. Also, to only have one doctor on staff during primetime, is unconscionable.
