Visited the clinic and saw a doctor named Maria Scorzelli. Probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever ever visited. She was amazing and was very caring and professional, and making sure that she crossed every T and dotted every I when it came to diagnosing and taking care of my ear infection. I wish all doctors could be like her

Was babysitting my sisters cat when it suddenly attacked me so badly I nearly needed stitches in my ear.   I was able to book the appointment through the phone and had no wait time.  When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the Physicians Assistant Christina Belitsky.  She cleaned my wounds and then gave me my options and because of the location of the laceration (on my ear) and the fact that no cartilage was involved we decided to leave it alone.  Since it was so late she went and checked to see if they had some augmentin to give me the first dose so I could get the prescription in the morning by my office rather than hunt down a 24 hour pharmacy and drive to either Glen Cove or Hicksville which is 40 minutes from my house.  Christina went above and beyond - even asked if I need a difulcan (which I always forget to mention and end up calling back for) and also offered to provide a note.  The Northwell in Port Washington could take some tips from this type of care and service.   Christina even mentioned she’s not from the area - she came in all the way from Staten Island to cover the Mineola location because they were short staffed.  A 5 star review wouldn’t do this justice - and I was on the fence about going to the hospital.  Glad Christina was there this evening.  She deserves a promotion and a bonus.

Every doctor, assistant, every front desk , all staff provide excellent service and therefore there is no wait, prescription written and further medical attention is discussed at length when recommended. Doctoring skills and knowledge  are outstanding as well as the Gathering of medical  information  and  the office and restrooms are inaccurate.  Everyone is exceptional kind and caring. Excellent!
