Had come down with what I initially thought was a bad headcold. Decided after 2 days to get a Covid test. Booked my appointment online for that afternoon. Good thing I did because I tested positive. Nurse Carolina was lovely and thorough as was the doctor( I'm sorry that I cannot remember her name). Will return in the future when necessary.

I’ve had a cold for about 2 weeks came in told them I was short of breath with vertigo I was left in a room for 35 min with the door closed no one came in so I left and decided to leave and asked for my copayment back

I've been monitoring and treating some concerning symptoms that my mother displayed. Her condition slowly progressed so I brought her in for a diagnosis and treatment. Registering appointment online was somewhat cumbersome so I didn't complete it but when we arrived we were greeted by a young man who helped get my wheelchair-bound mom into the facility (and later back into my car) and completed the check-in process I started. Everything was done with ease from beginning to end. I'm not sure what titles and positions but the young lady (PA?) who took my mom's vitals was extremely friendly, caring and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable, caring and concise with his explanations without being condescending (I've had that problem in the past.) I can honestly say that my experience was surprisingly excellent! I expected crowded, long waiting and what I would call "cattle-herding" treatment but instead, quite the opposite.
