Waiting over an HOUR for an appointment I booked beforehand. Completely unacceptable never coming back. You make me pay the co-pay well before you even call me to begin with. If you only are going to have 1 care physician I should be warned of that. Unacceptable. Thanks for wasting 2+ hours of my day

No problem once I got past the front desk. The corporate process of checking in is terrible. No transparency of costs but I was told to provide a debit/credit card for file in case payment is not received. No printout of terms and agreements was provided to me as the online version didn't work. Asking for a signature on an ipad at front desk has no validity as I was not aware of what I was agreeing to.

While checking-in was easy, the entire experience was terrible.  It was empty.  No patients ahead of us.  The staff was just sitting around.  All we needed for a swipe for strep.  Yet, 45 minutes after our appointment time no one had seen us yet.  When asked about that, the (somewhat snippy) front desk informed us that we would have to wait another hour or more.  This was not the first time; we went 5-6 times over the years to this location, and it was almost always the same with inexplicable wait times.  This was the last time for us.  We’re done with this provider.

This was my first time at this location. Scheduling was easy. I made a mistake with my online time selection and the staff totally understood and were not bothered by that. They were all very nice.

Had a sore throat, congestion and nasal drip for 3 days.  Got right in this morning.  Clean reception area, excellent greeting and was taken care of right away by a wonderful nurse and then the best PA who attended me.  So grateful !

Good morning. I made an appt last night for the New Rochelle and  was able to schedule an 8:30 appt for this morning. Thank you. This was my first time at Northwell and it was wonderful. I wish I had the name of the front desk person. She was so welcoming and friendly. She instantly put me at ease. The medical assistant and physician were very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

I booked a rapid COVID test online, as offered, only to be told when I arrived that that location no longer offered rapid tests. If you stop offering a service, please change your online portal to reflect it!

They do not have an xray machine!!! I stated from the beginning that I thought I broke my toe and they said nothing until I asked.  I had to go elsewhere  What a waste 9 time!

The whole process was super efficient and easy- everyone was very friendly, wait time was minimal, and we were able to get our issues addressed.  Thank you!
