I was in a lot of pain yesterday evening. However when I arrived to my scheduled appointment staff was courteous and quick to send me to the back for health services. Medical staff was prompt to find out my health issues and assist me with the best services to assist my need. They showed a lot of care and concern where I would refer everyone to this facility. Services most appreciative. Thank you!

By far, the E 81st office is the best Urgent Care facility I have been treated at!  Scheduling was quick.  I arrived a half hour early and was seen within ten minutes.  All staff members were friendly and attentive.  A full recommendation is given.  If you need medical care, this is the place to come to!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and each and every time I’ve had phenomenal care.

Went to urgent care as I was concerned that I might have cellulitis related to bug bites that were warm and area was swollen. Only scheduling problem was that the online check in does not recognize my Medicare number so I couldn’t finish pre registration on line. Wait time was not bad since I had signed up on line. The staff and doctor (or PA) were great; no complaints there. I would recommend them as they serve a vital need if an emergency requiring quick appointments, especially since seeing a primary doctor could involve waiting months for an appointment, virtual or in person.

From check-in to meeting with the doctor, everything was professional and friendly. You're in such a vunerable place when you're there and these professional ladies made it better.

Had an appointment for 11:30. Was seen at 12:00. Grab an early appointment as wait times can get longer as the day goes on. Staff was very helpful and answered questions I had. Edward Loscalzo gives your diagnosis straight. He cares that you understand your body and the reason for your prescription. Should the need arise I won’t hesitate to return to this location.

Wait time was long but understandable it was Memorial Day

The doctor was wonderful. Great explanation of what I have. Enjoyed her cheerfulness

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!
